Mala experiencia en una ciudad preciosa.

Lugar ruidoso. El hotel tiene un bar que emite ruido hasta las habitaciones.
La habitación tenía ventana que daba hacia un sector lleno de basura (adjunto foto).
No había internet en la habitación.
Reclamamos por el ruido, internet, y el basural al lado de la habitación. El dueño del hostal se enojó y fue violento verbalmente. Nos dijo que devolvería el importe, o una parte de él, por el mal servicio, pero no lo hizo.
Al segundo día nos cambiaron de habitación. Era un poco mejor, pero el ruido persistía porque estaba justo arriba del bar.
El personal de aseo es mal educado, y también un poco violento.

Buena ubicación. Disconforme con la falta de coordinación respecto a las reservas hechas vía Booking.

A mi llegada ni siquiera figuraba como un huésped, ya había realizado el pago por la estancia pero no tenían registro de ello. El acondicionador de aire no funcionaba, afortunadamente contábamos con un ventilador en la habitación, de otra forma hubiera sido una noche terrible.

Cons:

No tenían la reserva anotada y hubo cierta dificultad para hacer el cheking. Lo solucionó alguien que no era del hotel.
Por otro lado al establecimiento le hace falta una buena actualización.
