Pros:

Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows

Cons:

Only negative is the hotel is located near the KU hospital, I did hear a couple of ambulances as I was trying to go to sleep, so just be aware.

Concert and Shopping
Pros:

We attended an event in the Kansas City Power and Light District, and this location was excellent for that. It was only about 10 minutes away, by car. The room was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

The parking lot was a little cramped but did not affect our stay.

The hotel staff were professional & friendly. Its hard to find that anymore.

I didn't care for the back parking lot area. It felt very isolated and unguarded especially at night.

First of all we spend too much time trying to paid for the room..the first time we used this hotel we paid less and the suite was way bigger then this time..about 3am I heard water dripping and it was the toilet and a lot of water at the floor making me use the towels so I can step and find out where the water was coming from so I call the office..we came back because our first time was exceptionally experience booking with you..but after today I will probably have to think about it 😕
