How clean everything was.
Really there was nothing. Was happy with everything.
Room was clean and staff were amazing. Breakfast was good.
We had the air conditioning unit just outside our window and it was not pleasant to open curtains and it was noisy. It was very hard to regulate the room temp…. Way too cold even when we turned the thermostat to 21.
The sliding door to the bathroom and closet was very annoying and didn’t close all the way. Do there was no privacy. We had the same experience staying at your hotel earlier in the summer in another city. The sliding door kept coming off the track and you’d get stuck in bathroom and it did not close properly. Also if door is open part way and you touch it it slides and is a hazard especially for kids and seniors. Regular doors on the bathroom are much safer and make more sense eventhough they may take up more space.
Tha staff were exceptional, friendly and we felt very welcome during our stay. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The lobby and the breakfast room were welcoming and so comfortable.
I wish we were staying in St Paul longer so we could enjoy more of the amenities during our stay.
Breakfast taste good and filling our stomach fine. The dining area was perfectly very clean, great job for the lady was assigned in the dining area.

Needing laundry soap to use the facilities, there wasn't any available there at the commissary. With kids on our trip, it's definitely necessary.
The microwaveable eggs, and breakfast food are very low quality.

This Ramada in St Paul was conveniently located to a variety of food stores and restaurants within walking distance. The room we had on the 2nd floor was quiet. The bathroom was quite large and well appointed. The shower head pressure was great. Out rate included breakfast, which had a standard selection of eggs, potatoes, sausages as well as cereals, toast, yogurt and the like. All were well stocked and tasty.
