The perfect location for any Puskás Aréna concert!
Pros:

Everything: I've felt welcome from the first moment, easy check-in at 01 AM, the fact that I had a WhatsApp no to communicate in case of any urgency. Fortunately, it wasn't the case.
The room: small but clean, with all you could need: a comfy bed, a big desk, fridge, wardrobe, sockets.
Noise: because the room's view is on a balcony towards the internal yard, there were no issues with the noise from the boulevard.
The shared kitchen is big and fully equipped, with free excellent coffee at a fresh espresso machine and tea.
The yard is nice to sit and relax before the concert or after.
The area: safe, clean, lots of public transport: Metro M2 at 10 min on foot, tram no 2 at 3 min, several buses between 10 and 15 min of walking
Puskás Aréna: I did 15 min from the moment I walked outside the room till the scanning my tickets. At the return, because of the huge audience, 30 min.
Lidl at 15 min.

Even if it's 30 min by public transport away from the center, I would definitely like to return.

Cons:

In the bathroom, a towel hook would be nice.
The room window was not directly outside, but on a balcony. That balcony, beside my room window, had 2 other doors that were permanently closed, but they still gave me some stress.

A szállasadó megbízhatatlan.

A célnak megfelelő elhelyezkedés

Cons:

Szükségünk volt még +1 nap szállásra. Hetekkel az időpont előtt telefonon és írásban is egyeztettünk a szállásadóval, kifizettük számára a + összeget és ő mindent visszaigazolt e-mailben. A szállás elfoglalásának napján telefonon jelezte, hogy a + 1 éjszakát benézte, így nem maradhatunk, ki kell költözni. Semmilyen megoldásra nem törekedett. Nem ajánlotta fel, hogy a részéről elkövetett tévedés, óriási baki miatt másik szállást találjon nekünk. 4 fő elhelyezéséről volt szó. Arról az estéről volt szó, amikor a 2. Metallica koncert volt. Nem találtunk megfizethető árú szállást aznap éjszakára, így a koncert után kénytelenek voltunk hazautazni az ország másik végébe. A szállásadó megbízhatatlan és semmi megbánást nem mutatott.

Pros:

I came for the champions league final and it was very close to Puskás arena and Heroes Square which hosted the champions league festival. Getting to the city center was easy and the road was not loud. Overall I enjoyed my stay
