Pros:

The ladies at the reception and at the breakfast were super kind. The location is excellen if you're planning to go hiking, the train station is 5 minutes by walk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We even see a nice bird nest on the balkony. So if you like to be close to the forest, this is a really good option.
