Servicio de aseo, la reserva tenía desayuno desde booking pero al momento de llegar nos informaron que no tenía el servicio y que debíamos pagar 50.000 pesos por cada miembro de la familia y adicional el servicio de desayuno no tenía más que huevos y fritos lo cual no es un valor proporcional a la comida.
La atencio del personal es excelente, recomiendo mayor variedad en los desayunos ya que basicamente sirven lo mismo todos los dias y para una estancia de mas de 4 dias es algo monotono. La piscinas es maravillosa tiene una vista espectacular, la ubicacion es perfecta

El hotel en general súper bien. Agradable, buen confort y comodidad.
Cuando hice la reserva por booking, creería que estaba incluido el desayuno.
Al llegar al hotel, la recepcionista me dice que no y me lo factura con poco agrado, que ese era el costo.
Su actitud no me gustó para nada. Muy desatenta y grosera.
En general todo estuvo espectacular, las instalaciones, la habitación, la ubicación, el personal muy amable y el bufet fue lo máximo!

Todo muy bien, muy buena la atencion
la seguridad y el confort del hotel, la habitación y el baño muy cómodos, la vista inigualable.
Hace falta un techo fresco en área de piscina, para estar relajado en sillas asoleadoras y no recibir sol directo el que no lo desea. En el desayuno no nos permitieron subir fruta a la habitación, quisisera saber el porqué. El precio nos pareció alto si lo comparamos con el hotel en Barranquilla el Holliday Inn, el cual tiene un desayuno superior al del hilton, el precio muy inferior (aunque la categoría no es igual, obviamente) y allí si permiten subir algo de comer a la habitación.
