Amazing stay, 10/10!
Pros:

I stayed for one night. The experience from the get go was amazing! Linda was working at reception and she was so lovely and welcoming! Parking was really easy, it's either outside or you have underground parking in the garage. A word of caution, you need your room key to enter and leave the garage. The room was so big and comfy, with everything provided for a great stay. They had a full kitchen, complete with cutlery and plates, cups/glasses. The washroom was really big with a standing shower. The room and washroom were both super clean and the hotel itself was really nice. And the breakfast was perfect! They had a great selection of waffles, eggs, hash browns, toast, muffins, bagels, coffee/tea, etc. The location is very central as well. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Great hotel feels like home
Pros:

The staffs are very friendly and make us feel welcome. The room is clean and cozy. This hotel offer more than the regular hotel would offer. They provide FREE EV charging and free car washing which i never see such service along my trip. I love the room it comes with fully equipped kitchen which includes a sink, full size fridge (not mini fridge), dishwasher, counter top stove, kettle and of course coffee maker. They are very thoughtful and even prepared ear plug and humidifier in the room in case it's needed. Our stay also includes breakfast. They offer so many selections and high quality of food. Over all it's very pleasant experience.

An exceptional hotel stay!
Pros:

A well-maintained property with exceptional service from all the staff! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the hotel offers great amenities, including space for games, a pool, and an outdoor BBQ area. I truly recommend this hotel!

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Not What We Expected from Hilton

We booked this hotel for our annual Montreal trip because we were 7 families travelling together and wanted everyone to stay in the same hotel. We booked all of our rooms together on the same day, sometime in May, well in advance of our trip.

Unfortunately, just two days before our arrival, the hotel cancelled 3 of our rooms, saying there was a technical issue, and transferred those families to another hotel. This was extremely disappointing because the whole purpose of booking early and together was for our families and children to stay in one place and enjoy the trip together. Because of this last-minute change, some of our kids missed out on the fun and activities we had planned at the hotel.

The room we received was also very small and did not have basic amenities such as soap, shower caps, and other small necessities. We had to request these items from room service.

The biggest issue was the bathroom design and ventilation. The bathroom had a sliding-style door that did not close or seal properly. Whenever someone used the toilet, the unpleasant odour spread throughout the entire room. It seemed like the exhaust fan was either not working properly or was not effective at all. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable.

We have stayed at Hilton properties before and expected a much better standard. Unfortunately, this was one of the poorest hotel-room experiences we have had with Hilton. Considering the advance booking, the last-minute cancellation of three rooms, and the condition and design of the room, we were very disappointed with our stay.

Really lovely hotel relaxing and bright with amazing staff.
Pros:

Bright very clean lovely cheerful pastel colours everywhere spacious room and bathroom. Nice furniture. Lots of lamps huge top to ceiling window. Plenty of space for suitcases and clothes. Amazing kind staff that you can rely on for help. Good breakfast nice lobby area.

Cons:

It is close to the airport. I wish a store wws closer but i was told there were stores and restorants within 10 min walk which I did not took.
