Pros:

Great location, good room and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room was dirty, with dust everywhere. This also made me question how clean the bedding was.
The bar downstairs was loud until around 2 a.m. There is also an outdoor summer bar directly outside the first-floor room windows. It was closed during our autumn stay, but I imagine sleeping would be almost impossible when it is open.
There was no hairdryer in the room or available at reception. My daughter washed her hair and had no way to dry it.
2/5. I would not stay here again - unless I’m a party animal or have no hair.

Läget var utmärkt.. Rummet helt ok. Personalen var trevlig.

Cons:

Frukosten var väldigt rörigt. Vi åt vid kl9. Då var flera saker slut och det tog tid för påfyllning. Det var också väldigt trångt och otydligt. Även lite besviken på frukost utbudet. Det var första gången vi bodde på detta hotellet men vi har varit gäster på comfort hotell i andra städer som Eskilstuna och Solna. Där har vi dock varit nöjda med allt.

Trevligt hotell precis granne med tågstationen, jättemysig lobby & gullig personal.
Pros:

Vi uppgraderade ett enkelrum till dubbelrum för väldigt bra pris (då vi övertagit två enkelrum men då vi är ett par ville vi bara ha ett dubbelrum!). Fin utsikt mot vattnet, rymligt rum, god frukost och mysig lobby och jättegulliga tjejer i receptionen. Låg bra till, superbra läge.

Cons:

Trots att jag hade fått 3 email om min bokning och att den fanns i Booking.com så hittade tjejen i receptionen inte mitt namn, så tog lång tid checka in, men hon var rar och kämpade på. Sen funkade inte ena nyckelkortet, så fick åka ner och byta det. Skulle vilja att varje rum hade två kuddar per person & att det fanns 2 vinglas per rum så man kan lyxa sig lite på romantisk week-end. Helst ett kylskåp också, men fanns ju allt köpa i receptionen.
