If I visit Tbilisi again, I would definitely choose this apartment again.
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working at first, but the host took care of the issue and made sure it was resolved. The host was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

Cons:

The hairdryer was very weak, and the iron was quite old. There was also no shampoo or soap provided.

Pros:

Сама квартира в целом неплохая и достаточно комфортная, есть кондиционер, что особенно важно летом в Тбилиси. Внутри апартаменты производят значительно лучшее впечатление, чем само здание.

Cons:

Оба окна выходят практически прямо в глухую стену соседнего здания, расположенную примерно в полутора метрах, поэтому в квартире мало естественного света и нет никакого вида из окна.

Больше всего неудобств доставила система доступа по QR-кодам. Коды постоянно менялись и периодически не работали. Несколько раз нам приходилось стоять на улице в жару и связываться с владельцем, чтобы получить новый код и просто попасть в подъезд. Мы путешествовали с 70-летней бабушкой и пятилетним ребенком, поэтому это было особенно неприятно. Проблемы с кодами возникали и при пользовании лифтом.

Также некоторые бытовые проблемы пришлось решать самостоятельно: мы покупали батарейки для неработающих пультов и средство для прочистки засоренных раковин.

Состояние самого здания и общих помещений также совершенно не соответствует тому уровню, который ожидаешь от объекта с названием Super Luxury Apartments.

Perfect place for our stay ,good accessibility and because of lift proper to stay with seniors
Pros:

Very clean ,well decorated, comfy beds and very close to shops and bus stations easy to access to freedom square with one bus

Cons:

We were a group of five, and the flat had four beds, including two good-sized double beds, plus two sofas that were wide enough for one person to sleep on. However, they weren’t sofa beds and didn’t have proper mattresses. I believe they needed at least a mattress topper to make them comfortable enough for sleeping.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Apartments as per pictures, you don't need to take or ask anything, it's like your home everything is available by default. Well maintained apartments, secured access.

Cons:

Lifts are quite old, slow and little scary,
