Pros:

What i enjoyed the most was the interior of the hotel. It felt very vintage and there was a very nice "old fashion" hotel vibe. I also liked the fact that there was complimentary drinks and chocolate when you enter the room!

Cons:

I loved everything although i would love it better if they had a small ramp for luggages in front of the hotel so it wpuld be more convinient to bring in the luggages.

Hotel, limpeza, simpatia, e educação de todas as funcionárias com que tive contato, EXCELENTE!
Pros:

Muito confortável, apesar do quarto ser bem pequeno, se você estiver com mala grande talvez seja um problema.

Cons:

Banheiro separado da area de banho, apesar de privativo você tem que sair do quarto para usar o vaso sanitário, durante a noite isso é bem ruim.

Perfect location to take in the beauty of Luzern, with excellent staff.
Pros:

A very cute boutique hotel in the perfect location, looking over the beautiful lake Luzern. We did not have one of the lake-facing rooms, but it was nice and quiet. They have a nice dining room, reading rooms, an outdoor common balcony where one can enjoy the views.
A very peaceful area for beautiful walks along the lake, excellent bus service right outside the hotel gets you to the train station or tourist attractions in 5 minutes.
The staff were helpful and kind, making sure we were comfortable and always able to give advice in the area. The breakfast was also very good and with a good selection.

Nettes Hotel,freundliches Personal. Gute Lage für Fussweg in Altstadt.
Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer war klein. Bad entspricht nicht ganz dem Zimmerpreis( z. B. kleines Waschbecken,keine Lampe über Spiegel,keine Steckdose am Spiegel etc).

Charming hotel that welcomes you in every way. Easy to walk, gardens to stroll. On the bus line too.
Pros:

Charming place to stay across the street from the beautiful promenade along the lake. So easy to go walking and so many people do that too! Loved the breakfast and nice room to eat in. Great help and so many pretty touches in the decorating. Smaller hotel was nice too- more personal.

Cons:

We had a side view window so couldn't see the lake but the trees may have blocked it too?

Sehr schönes altes Hotel welches nicht überrestauriert wurde.

Cons:

Für den Preis, wären neue Handtücher kein Luxus. Die Handtücher waren sehr gross - was wir mögen, aber doch sehr alt und ausgefranst - sonst alles super :-)

Quaint. Comfortable bed. Impressive dinning room.

Cons:

Rooms are very small. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No safe provided to put sensitive things in. No refrigerator. Had to put medical items in the bar fridge at reception. Very little storage space. No hot breakfast items.
