Very Strict checkin and checkout policy. Staff do not speak English
Pros:

Room size was good. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Reception did not speak English! They were very strict and not friendly.
The room was ready at noon when we reached but they refused to give us the room before 3pm unless we paid one extra night. Check out was strictly 12:00 otherwise they charge an extra night.

Fijn en ontspannen verblijf gehad

Cons:

Had toch graag ook iets van fruit bij het ontbijt gehad. De rest van het ontbijt was overigens prima.

Pros:

Расположение хорошее, удобно пешком до метро, до центра около 40 минут. Приятный район, есть в 15 минутах ходьбы улица еды, мы приезжали поздно и иногда кушали там. Если отель нужен, чтобы только ночевать - окей, если чуть дольше находиться, то уже хотелось бы сменить стены.
Отдельно хочу отметить удобство матрасов - было комфортно.

Cons:

нам предложили номер существенно меньше, чем на фото, было очень мало места и некомфортно располагать вещи. На нашу просьбу заменить номер получили отказ без попыток урегулирования. В итоге получается, что мы заплатили за номер больше, чем этот номер стоит и это огорчило. Кроме того, кондиционер работал от слова "всегда" (даже в выключенном положении мы слышали звук его работы и рукой чувствовали поток воздуха). А так и заболеть недолго. Когда мы попросили его починить, мастер полез и чуть полностью его не выключил от сети, лишив бы нас возможности его включать... Такое себе решение, переселять нас опять же было якобы некуда. Установили на 26 градусов, так кондей всю ночь то включался то выключался, но мы по крайней мере не заболели. В общем решением наших вопросов персонал не занимался, а лишь создавали видимость.

Séjour très agréable, personnel à l'écoute, efficace et agréable.
Pros:

Chambre agréable, litterie très confortable, hôtel un peu excentré, si l'on est à Séoul que pour 2,3 jours, les lieux touristiques sont un peu éloignés, 1 h de trajet en bus ou métro. Mais le confort de l'hôtel pour moi palie largement à ce petit inconvénient et il vaut largement le coup.

Cons:

J'ai effectué 2 séjours dans cet hôtel, une chambre donnant sur la rue était un peu plus bruyante que celle de l'année dernière qui donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel mais je n'avais pas fait de demande spécifique et le confort général ne s'en est pas ressenti je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet établissement.
