Pros:

綺麗で広く、清掃も行き届いていた。お風呂の設備がよかった。

コンセントが緩い箇所が多く、プロジェクターが古くて対応していない端末があったり画質がよくなかったりピントが合わなかった

Good price, decent amenities, just a little undercempt.
Pros:

The staff was nice and made it easy to check-in. They had free items on the check-in counter as well as a very nice gesture. The room had plenty of beds and they were plenty comfortable.

Cons:

The only issue I had was the cleanliness it was outright dirty but there was some things here and there. From the blinds having some small mold patches to the projector screen torn in both corners. The shower was nice if only it had a bit more pressure to use the rainfall mode better

If you look for space, get it but if you look for somewhere to sleep then Toyoko Inn is way better

Free washing detergents for washing clothes

Cons:

Moldy, not clean at all, holes on the walls or ceiling, automatic door lock was not working, noise from the train is bad which means windows are not double grazed, aircon and walls had balck mold. Not cleaned well, even vaccuming the floor. But they ask you to pay 50,000yen if they found you smoking in the room, every other hotels ask you 20,000yen. Not that I want to smoke in the room but

Clean, comfy and amazing value for money
Pros:

The room was huge and very clean. Very appreciative of the towels and lots of bathroom amenities and slippers. So handy to have washing machine (dried items in bathroom on dedicating drying mode) and front desk provided laundry soap packets when asked. Had a huge table and seating area which was a plus and the aircon made the whole room feel very cold despite pointing away from bed area. Beds were so comfortable and the small kitchen and especially fridge was handy. Right in front of 7/11 and 5-8 mins walk from train depending on your line. Staff were lovely :) Would love to stay here again.

Cons:

It's a little further out from the main areas (which is why the price is soooo good) so getting into centre in rush hour is hard especially if you are in big groups but the rush hour metro crowd is not the hotel's fault :)

It was a decent location but overall room was sub par
Pros:

The location was good, across the street from a 7-11 for easy access and close to a train station to get to Ueno and other places easily.

Cons:

There were stains on the walls and there was an open wall with insulation showing outside the room, the lighting was sub par inside the room.

Nice room, staff and facilities. Location was not for us but depending on the person it can fit quite well :)
Pros:

Very nice bathroom & shower! 7-Eleven right next door aswell! Tatami mats were nice too!

Cons:

Its located in arakawa which is a bit far off of shinjuku & shibuya. Ueno is close-ish.
