La cama de la habitación era gigante y bastante cómoda, además de que el aire acondicionado funciona estupendamente
Para ser un 4 estrellas, no tienen servicio de bar-restaurante y mucho menos servicio de habitaciones. La piscina es un charco de agua estancada que tiene un botón, pero no le funcionan las cascadas ni los chorros ni nada. En el aseo de la habitación teníamos una bañera de hidromasaje que no funcionaba, además de tener unos orificios por donde se supone que sale el aire, que estaban rotos y con suciedad como negros y mohosos. Encima para más inri nos tocó bajar la maleta andando porque el ascensor casualmente se rompió, a parte de la cama y el aire acondicionado no hay nada más en el hotel.
Super Hotel mit top Lage in der Innenstadt von Sevilla. Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer. Alles sehr ordentlich und hygienisch.
Die Klimaanlage in unseren Zimmer (203) ist so angebracht dass sie nachts genau auf das Gesicht bläst. Das war total unkomfortabel zum Schlafen. Leider heizt sich das Zimmer im Sommer innerhalb von kürzester Zeit total auf (auch nachts) wodurch wir die Klimaanlage nicht ausschalten konnten. Wir konnten hierdurch leider nicht gut schlafen und sind mit Erkältung nach Hause gefahren.

Vi var samme sted sidste år i efteråret, fik en fantastisk morgen buffet. De glemte lige at meddele morgen måltidet i år var på andet søster hotel og kun 1 anretning. Var lidt skuffet.

Great location, great rooms with lots of space, air con and a pool. Staff were really helpful and welcoming!
Only thing would be the bin lorrie’s come very early in the AM and it’s every couple nights, it’s not for long but if you’re a light sleeper it will wake you up. Not hotels fault but just something to be aware of if you book!
Generous size room and bathroom with very comfortable bed within the old Jewish quarter, a short walk from Alcazar and Cathedral.
