La atención del personal, que me facilitó billetes de tren y traslado a la estación. Muy amables y serviciales en todo momento. La habitación, muy cómoda.

Very handy for a short stay
Pros:

Good spot for a couple of nights. A little away from the backpackérs but close to everything. Good view of the mountains. Breakfast was filling and had enough choices.and great street food for lunch and dinner is close by.

Cons:

Bar fridge doesn't really keep drinks cold.
