I understand your a dog friendly place but maybe just making g a section of the hotel so people with allergies don't suffer. The receptionist was not friendly
When we asked for pillows, they brought extra pillows. Rooms were big, breakfast was maybe ok, could have been better, especially for a Hilton, I have had way better breakfasts elsewhere, many people walked away when they saw a $20 charge for breakfast.
I was charged a deposit and didn't know about it, when I checked out they had over charged me by $122, I went right back in and had it fixed. I received the refund within seconds on my card. The next day they recalled the refund and they refunded my whole room, only to be over charged a second time. I called Hilton and had a very nice gentleman assist me, he told me the refund would take place in 2 days. Here the two days has come and gone and no refund. I called Hilton Billing department and got transferred and basically hung up on. I would rate this place with a better score but mess with people's money, that leaves a bad taste. Don't mistaken this, I have stayed in many Hiltons, and never had an issue.
Second, I understand when you are in the middle of typing something, but when a guest comes to ask a question, a moment of, I will be right with you, goes a long way, we stood for about 5 minutes as the lady at the desk continued her train of thought instead of giving the will be with you and just a second, allow my to finish my thoughts.

Hotel requires a clear/larger signs from the street to indicate hotel entrance.

Hay habitaciones donde el aire acondicionado no se puede apagar. Hay un chorro de aire continuo, que aparte de frío es muy ruidoso. Tuvimos que cambiar dos veces de habitación por este motivo. La chica de recepción no se mostró colaborativa.
Aparte de esto, nos han cobrado la habitación dos veces. Estamos en proceso de reclamación. Eso además del depósito que te retienen durante una semana en la tarjeta, equivalente casi al total de la estancia, cosa que no se explicita al reservar la habitación.
I am very disappointed with my stay.
I specifically booked a room with one king bed, but upon arrival I was not informed that my room had been changed. It was only after I got to the room that I discovered I had been assigned a room with two full beds instead of the king bed I reserved. I don’t understand how a room type can be confirmed and reserved in advance, yet not be available when I check in. Had I been informed beforehand, I would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss other options.
The replacement room (Room 420) also had a connecting door to the neighboring room (Room 418), which created a significant noise issue. The guests next door were extremely loud well into the night. Around 2:30 AM, we called the front desk and asked if they could contact the neighboring room and address the noise. Unfortunately, nothing changed.
As a result, we were unable to sleep for most of the night and did not receive the room type or quality of stay that we paid for. Between being assigned a different room without notice and the unresolved noise disturbance, this experience fell far below expectations.
Because of these issues, I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation for this stay.
