Pleasant host, quick to accommodate with very few downfalls. Breakfast great and plentiful.
Pros:

Clean, easy to get to, close to places to get food, strawberry water available in the lobby, pet friendly. Host very pleasant and quick to respond to complaints. We received a voucher for free breakfast as we did not want to switch out rooms. Liked that the tv had my name on it!

Cons:

Fridge did not work, curtains were not working properly, lights on bedside table between beds did not work. Water in rooms with a sign on it saying free to members and a price for others. Just don’t put the water in the room. Paying for parking and for breakfast (we received a voucher so we technically did not pay). Pool available per website but is not actually available for use.

Cons:

The noise!!!
A ceiling ventilation runs all the time and is as loud a bathroom fan. It’s so noisy. No one could sleep I. That room. Kids complained l. Went to ask what was found on with that at the front desk at 3 am. They admitted that there’s a recurring problem with that right now.
Literally impossible to sleep with that noise.
No compensation or help provided :(

Hilton Hotels never disappoint! Highly recommendable.
Pros:

Very clean and spacious rooms, walk in shower in large bathroom. Window front and air conditioned. Parking provided in the hotel garage. Breakfast options buffet or a la carte. Quick and easy check in/check out.
