Ugly argues with guests from the restaurant staff.

Spinach omelette. Lady ask for it but with no spinach…. Guess! Extra charge for the same plate but without spinach!!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Must be short minded!

El desayuno excelente, ubicación muy cerca del zócalo, limpieza muy buena , casi todo el personal muy servicial , recomiendo mucho este hotel

Todo el personal excelente atención menos una chica de la recepción que le daría un 5/10 en su atención la verdad ayudó poco y un poco tosca

Pros:

Un hôtel ayant un certain charme avec une belle terrasse pour prendre le petit-déjeuner, d'ailleurs très bien et varié.
Possibilité d'un parking en face de l'hôtel
Par contre, pas d'ascenseur

2 personnes pas très avenantes ,surtout le Monsieur
Certes nous étions arrivés à 13h pour un check-in à partir de 15h et la dame de l'acceuil nous a fait patienter jusqu'à 15h pile(je pense que la chambre était prête avant!)
Au moment du départ, il a fallu que nous ouvrions nous-mêmes la lourde porte pour sortir alors que le Monsieur était assis
Un tarif excessif pour le rapport qualité/prix :l'hôtel le plus cher de notre séjour de 3 semaines en ayant avant fait le Yucatan et le Quintana Roo
