Mooi hotel, ruim ontbijt, verblijf ok maar na acht uur kan je niets meer drinken of eten met kinderen

Mooi zwembad, zeer ruime en stille kamer. Lekker en ruim ontbijt in een gezellige plaats.

Cons:

De rooftop bar mochten we niet op
Na 20h omdat we met kinderen waren (12jaar). We konden nergens anders iets eten of drinken in het hotel en werden aangewezen op roomservice. In andere hotels (ook ‘W’ bijv van dezelfde groep) is dit nooit een issue geweest. Dit mocht tenminste vermeld geweest zijn vooraleer je boekt. Ik ben hier niet blij mee

The spacious Junior Suite, friendly and helpful staff, and the nice swimming pool and gym. The facilities were generally good and suitable for a long family stay.

Cons:

The welcome experience could be improved, as we did not receive the welcome drinks or flower bracelets offered to some guests. The 2,000 THB per night security deposit was also quite high. Housekeeping needed more attention, especially with cleaning tables and certain areas. The water pressure was weak, and the bathroom arrangement in the twin room was not very practical. Breakfast had good variety but was heavily focused on Chinese cuisine, with limited quality Arabic and halal options.
