Staff and facilities were top-notch. The breakfast and dining choices were outstanding. Our two-bedroom suite was perfect for parents with two children—comfortable and spacious. The Infinity edge pool was especially popular with the kids. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing hotel with the most friendly staff! Amarin was so helpful and attentive and made our visit so wonderful. Would 100% recommend. The roof top bar Yao was wonderful too and definitely worth a visit - the most beautiful sky line views!
Beautiful entrance - once you enter it feels grand and lux. Staff were welcoming and gave me a room before check in time. Room was spacious and comfy beds. Good views of the cityscape from the room and pool. there's alot of local street food across the road + pharmacy + 24hour convenience store and massage shops. hotel provides free shuttle to a nearby train station
The room service waiting time was too long, it took more than 30 minutes for the food to arrive. for a 5 star hotel could provide free nespresso for guests. location is not exactly central but depending on what your itinerary is, was on business so this was close to where meetings were. traffic can be quite bad during peak hours, leave early for the airport
