The room we stayed in was big,(waterfall suite), the bed was comfortable, the decor was sweet and tasteful. The guests pool was beautiful. The staff left a beautiful welcoming ‘Happy Anniversary’ message and petals for us. Thank you to ‘Dear’ the lovely man on the door who was super friendly, kind and helpful every time we saw him. The in house massage was great, very professional and friendly.
The breakfast menu did not cater for European/western guests. The pool in the room was unbearably cold so a real waste of money booking this suite. After we had afternoon tea in our room the cups etc were not removed even though turn down service visited and left cute chocolates for us, they ignored the dirty cups and plates on the table so there was nowhere to place anything.
The hotel is in a beautiful building, which is in a fabulous location. Both breakfast and the complimentary afternoon tea was a delight. The staff are pleasant and polite.
It's a minor thing, but our bath didn't work brilliantly - the water isn't particularly hot and we couldn't work the tap to fill it, so needed to use the hose, which took forever.

كل شي كان جميل حجزنا الغرفة مع مسبح خاص اللي يكون دايركت اطلالته على الغرفه ويجي معاها فطور وافتر نون تي وسويت العصر غير وتقدرون تطلبون كل شي فالغرفه او تنزلون تحت كل شي كان روعه وبكرر الزياره لنفس الفندق وادوات الحمام راقيه كله من شركة لوكستان

The Inside House always offers a lovely stay, and all of the staff there are helpful and friendly. A massage with Fai at the spa is always a real treat, so make sure to visit the spa during your stay.

Massage skill is not good enough , no gym
I stayed in one of the glass pool suites. I was convinced that the photos were heavily photoshopped or AI, they are not. The room was exactly as pictured. Everything was considered. The service is personalised but not intrusive and everything was catered for with ease. The spa service was one of the best I have experienced. The hotel is perfectly situated for people who like to be able to wander and experience a new city by foot. You will tell your friends about this experience. Thank you to all staff.

We had wonderful memories of Chiang Mai because of our excellent stay at the Inside House. It’s simply a warm, peaceful and cozy place to stay at. Everything is accessible and just a Grab away. Room service is fast and efficient. Housekeeping is spotless. The Spa has the best Thai massages to ease out the jet lag. Ghin offers intricate and delicious food.
Special thanks to Ms. Big who took care of us from the moment we landed at the airport up to the time we checked out. She’s simply amazing. We value the personal touches that truly elevated our experience and made everything extra special. Also, we are very grateful for Ms. Som at Ghin, Ms. Niuy at the Spa, Mr. Dear, Mr. Proof and Ms. Pooh.
