Pros:

Lovely owner and warm and friendly and her son looked after us and was so polite credit to her

Cons:

Few things need to have shelf for shower stuff in shower and plug sockets needed near bed and bigger shower heads needed everything else was great 👍 breakfast was lovely but could do with more options 😁

Easy walking to centre of Skegness but nice and quiet area
Room was nice- bed very comfortable
Breakfast was very good and well run.
We were left to come and go as we pleased.

Pros:

Great location, with a Seaview from some rooms. Adequate breakfast, with a choice of traditional 'English', as well as a wide variety of cereals and juices.

Cons:

The breakfast window is one 45 minutes, rom 8.15 to 9 am.

Solo Traveller Review
Pros:

As i solo traveller i felt safe, and host was really welcoming and informative. It was comfortable and great value for money. Lovely atmosphere.

Cons:

The only thing was the noise from road between 21.00 to 22.00, obviously nothing to do with accommodation, it sounded like people were racing along seafront. The noise stopped at 22.00hrs so was fine
