We stay only one night

Cons:

At the reception we were asked for late check out because our flight was very late and they let us to stay till 15 .00 free of charge. 😉. At the brakfast there was no customers only 3 of my family feels very strange. There was limited choise of food and cold i thought because of ramadan.

Pros:

Breakfast too simple and no much to choice. And the spoon of tea dint have prepare well for customer use. Egg that serve cook on spot, inside mixing vegetable is not fresh.

Cons:

Facilities mention hv a kitchen with stove. But very funny without given a plate/Bowl/pan/Spoon/Fork. Duno for what the kitchen and stove putting in room? for decoration use? Toilet dun have give shampoo. Towel also very dirty.
Please inform the management please do check the washing machine is need to do service.

Pros:

The reception counter is friendly. And act fast to search for a room I booked. There is an iron and ironing board

Cons:

The room lighting is not bright enough, feels like the bulb hasn't been change for a decade quote dim.
Toilet is usable for peeing but once used for " pooping" it cannot be flushed it just float up and water stays, luckily not over flow.
Room service should knock or ring the bell before entering. But they just used the smart to enter luckily I had the shutter locked.
Improvement required also no hair dryer and also no shampoo. Extra towel need to pay where as I stay other hotel which is not required. Also no mini bar fridge
