Limpieza, precio, espacio y ubicación
La Regadera estaba como tapada de sarro en los oyitos y por lo tanto el chorro sale muy delgado y llega a lastimar
Es muy céntrico, muy accesible y ubicación
Su estacionamiento está muy lejos y es un caos para bajar equipaje y subirlo a tu auto también

Su personal muy amable y la ubicación, solo a unos pasos del centro.
El ruido, se escucha todo. No pidan habitación al exterior pues toda la noche escuchamos camiones de basura recolectar y en la mañana como abrían las cortinas de los negocios. Tampoco las almohadas nos gustaron, muy aguadas, así como el colchón. Ojalá invirtieran en unos mejores.

Reservé una habitación con balcón y realicé el pago con anticipación para que respetaran mi habitación solicitada pero me dieron otra que sin vista que parecía sótano
The location is indeed very close to the center. The bed hardness and the pillows were comfortable for me, but i was alone (i slept badly from the reason below). If you are two average size or above persons, the "double bed" in the room may be small.
I got a room facing the street and the noise level was unbearable even with the window closed! The second night was even worse than the first one, because Mexico was playing football and cars were honking and people were blowing the vuvuzelas (trumpets) continously until vety late night hours. So be careful what day you choose to stay there.
The room was hot, but opening the window meant more noise. Shower is constructed in a way that it is difficult to impossible to wash the " less accessible" parts of the body 😆. The location is indeed very close to the center...but lesson learned that perhaps it would have been better to pay more for another hotel or choose something further away from the noise and get some proper sleep.
This is a small thing but just in case someone could use this info:
On booking.com it was saying under policies/facilities that check-in is UNTIL 15:30. I have overseen that when making the reservation ; and then I tried to call the hotel to ask if I can check in later. Persons handling the calls do not speak a word english. In the end it turned out there is someone at the reception until late night hours and no problem to check-in in the late afternoon/evening.
