CUIDADO AL PAGAR. TE ESTAFAN!!!!!!

Para el precio que tiene no está mal, pero al hacer el check-in pase una de mis tarjetas de crédito en la que me apareció la operación cancelada, seguidamente pasé otra de mis tarjetas haciéndose efectivo el pago. Al parecer todo estaba correcto, pero al día siguiente cuando salía me paró el de la recepción preguntándome que si me habían hecho bien el cargo. Yo abrí mi cuenta de la que se cobró y aprecio el cargo. Pues bien, ellos ya sabían que me habían cobrado dos veces, una en cada tarjeta , por qué al parecer de la que me dio denegada también se cobró, dándome cuenta yo cuando ya estaba en España. Llamé por teléfono en varias ocasiones y dándome de largas diciéndome que tienen que revisar el cargo. He mandado 4 correos con los justificantes de los dos cargos, su contestación: ( no podemos contestar a su pregunta). Esto fue el 9 de mayo de 2026 a día de hoy 18 de Junio de 2026 no tengo respuestas. Pague por dos noches 180€ cuando el precio era 90€ . Lo peor de todo que ellos sabían de este cobro doble y se callaron. Así que CUIDADOO!!! Son ESTAFADORES

Séjour très décevant.

La chambre présentait plusieurs problèmes : la baignoire était rouillée, une odeur désagréable persistait dans la salle de bain et le matelas était extrêmement dur, rendant les nuits peu confortables. De plus, la vue depuis la chambre était particulièrement décevante.

L'accueil n'a pas été à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hôtel : le personnel de la réception s'est montré peu accueillant.

Enfin, mauvaise surprise au moment du paiement, puisque l'on nous a demandé un supplément par rapport au montant indiqué sur la réservation, sans explication claire.

Compte tenu de ces différents points négatifs, je ne recommande pas cet établissement et je suis très déçu par mon expérience.

It's in a good location and close to everything. Mr. Hamzah at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Thank you to him.

Cons:

The rooms need renovation. Breakfast is mediocre. Sufficient for a one-night stay.
