Great location, spacious room and friendly staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The staff were outstanding—always kind, professional, and ready to help. A special thank you to Kim, who welcomed us so warmly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. His hospitality and friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!

Well cleans and organised, great location and excellent team.
High service oriented team. Helped and explained everything and was available to assist me whenever I needed.
Got room upgrade upon my arrival, received express laundry service, and even got the opportunity to take a shower after touring the villages, even though I already checked out in the morning and only planned to leave my luggage at the reception.

I can’t speak more highly of Mr Kim and his staff. They made us feel very welcome. We took the night train from Hanoi and arrived well before check in, however, Mr Kim gave us advanced notice that we would be welcome to shower and freshen up when we arrived. As it happened, rooms were available when we arrived so we were able to check in immediately. Also, as the hotel was not full, we were given a complimentary upgraded room. Unfortunately this room had a leak, possibly relating to the recent heavy rain but we were immediately moved to another upgraded room. Similarly, at check out we were heading back to Hanoi on the night train but the team allowed us to keep the room until 7pm so we could shower. These are excellent touches and made us feel valued. The location is great to avoid the crowds but close enough it’s no more than 5 minutes walk from the action.

Upon arrival, Mr. Kim upgraded our room to the executive room, but because the lock on the balcony was broken, we were upgraded again to the best executive room with the large balcony facing the entire lake. Being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view every day was a real pleasure. The hotel's location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby, and Sun Plaza is only a ten-minute walk away.

Sehr freundliches Personal, das jeden Wunsch erfüllt und alle möglichen Ausflüge etc auslegt, um sie über das Zimmer abzurechnen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits des Zentrums, dafür schön ruhig mit guten Ausblick. Trotzdem ist alles nah genug, sodass man nur wenige Minuten laufen muss.

Staff were welcoming & helpful. Breakfast offered variety & was nice. Room was clean. Location was convenient but slight incline to walk to (knew that on booking)
Able to book couple of excursions at hotel, one to rice fields with hotel pick-up & the other to Fansipan, very convenient so not waiting at ticket office.

The property was nice, breakfast was included, they spoke English, room was fairly clean and they were accommodating. They let me keep my room until the bus picked me up; which was later in the day and well after check out. View from the room was beautiful!
