Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral und war sehr gut verknüpft. Das Hotelpersonal besonders Mr. Kim waren sehr freundlich und haben bei Buchungen sehr geholfen und haben für uns alles organisiert. Es war sehr willkommend und das Frühstück hatte auch eine sehr große Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist besonders hervorzuheben.

Perfect location for a stay in Sapa
Pros:

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Mr Kim and Ms Linh helped us arrange taxi and tours great communication, Comfortable beds. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Some loud farm animals outside our room for sleeping but we understand this is outside of hotels Control.

Pros:

Perfectly situated to get around Sapa by foot. The staff were all incredibly helpful & friendly.

Cons:

As of 20/10/26 there’s some construction going on during the day next door but it will become a public park which will end up being a great benefit to the hotel!

Absolue 5-star experience from start to fnish.
Pros:

The location is flawless— sitting on a peaceful side street just a short 3 to 5-minute walk from Sapa Lake and the vibrant town center, giving you the perfect balance of convenience and quiet relaxation away from the crowds.

The staffs are very friendly and professional from top to bottom. Especial thanks to Lyhn and Mr kim for making our holiday enjoyable and memorable .

This was probably the best place we stayed in Vietnam! Kim, the hotel owner, is also one of the nicest people we've met on our travels. He made sure that we didn't experience any inconveniences and did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived early in the morning at around 7 am, our room wasn't ready yet. However, they gave us a free room upgrade so that we could check in early. They could see that we were tired from the overnight bus ride, so we were able to take a shower and rest a bit before exploring the city. It was also very convenient to book tours and get information from reception. The breakfast was great too. There was a great selection of fresh fruit, juices and pastries, as well as rice, stir-fried vegetables, soup and other savoury dishes. You could also order different egg dishes and pancakes with fresh fruit. Everything we tried was delicious. The location is perfect because it doesn't take long to walk anywhere. On our last day, after checking out, we were able to leave our luggage with them while we went on a trip, and we could even take a shower after we came back before taking the night bus back to Hanoi. I couldn't recommend this place enough! We felt very welcome thanks to all the staff.
