Pros:

조식이 맛있고, 얼리 체크인+체크아웃 후 기차 타기 전에 씻을 수 있도록 방도 무료로 제공해줬어요.

Cons:

호텔에 컨디셔너+샤워볼도 있으면 좋을 것 같아요. 나름 3성급 호텔인데 샴푸랑 바디워시만 있는 게 조금 부족한 느낌.

Stay was pleasant
Pros:

Staff were welcoming & helpful. Breakfast offered variety & was nice. Room was clean. Location was convenient but slight incline to walk to (knew that on booking)
Able to book couple of excursions at hotel, one to rice fields with hotel pick-up & the other to Fansipan, very convenient so not waiting at ticket office.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The property was nice, breakfast was included, they spoke English, room was fairly clean and they were accommodating. They let me keep my room until the bus picked me up; which was later in the day and well after check out. View from the room was beautiful!

Pros:

The hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Kim, he's really very considerate. They provide the cities blueprint and recommendations which places to visit. Overall this hotel is highly recommended. The room they gave us had a very nice view from the Balcony, we really loved it.

Superbe séjour et excellent accueil, un vrai sens du service !

Nous avons été excellement bien accueillis au Sapa Mountain Queen House. Nous avions passé une première nuit dans un autre établissement à Ta Phin, où l’expérience ne s’était pas bien déroulée. Nous avons vite changé d’hôtel et opté pour celui-ci. Mai Linh et Mr. Kim ont été aux petits soins pendant les 4 jours de notre séjour, nous offrant un early check-in et un late check-out, prodiguant de très bons conseils sur les activités à faire, etc. Nous avons pris un tour (option 7 : motorbike tour) qui était génial ! Propreté au top, service de laundry ultra rapide (et le linge sent vraiment bon !) et très bon petit déjeuner (mention spéciale pour les banana pancakes). Localisation parfaite, top du top !

Emplacement très pratique, à quelques pas du centre ville mais à peine à l'écart et en hauteur pour atténuer les bruits de la ville.
Pratique pour quelques nuits.
Personnel très aimable et disponible.
Chambre propre et bien insonorisée.Literie confortable.
