Short but incredible
Pros:

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with our experience. First of all, the hotel was incredibly clean, well-organised, and everything was easy to access.
Mr. Kim was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was also very good and more than sufficient.
The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out, and even told us that we could come back and take a shower later before leaving the area if we needed to. This was incredibly thoughtful and greatly appreciated.
Mr. Kim was also a tremendous help with organising our activities throughout the day and assisting us with purchasing tickets. We are truly grateful for all his help and kindness.
We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Hospitality – The Perfect Stay for Couples
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

We arrived at 7:00 AM, even though our check-in wasn't until 12:00 PM. Mr. Kim was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since our room was still occupied, he kindly offered us an upgraded room and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated after our journey.

The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Sapa, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options.

Thank you, Mr. Kim, and the whole team, for making our stay so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Only minor details. The shower floor was a bit slippery. Poor light wrt the mirror in the bathroom.
