Great hotel with an amazing location
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room, nice shower. The location is great, right next to the nishiki market and shirakawa canal.

Swoetna lokalizacja. Czysto. Cicho. Bardzo dobry hotel w poblizu atrakcji. Jakbym mial wyboerac, wybralbym ponownie ten sam hotel

Slabe sniadanie. Mozna dyskutowac na temat smakow, ale ilosciowo o 8:30 juz brakowalo jedzenia.

Pros:

Un très bon hôtel avec des chambres confortables, proche de Pontocho alley et du centre ville. Idéal pour faire le tour de Kyoto car accès faciles aux transports.

Maravillosa estancia en Kioto
Pros:

Hotel en el centro de Kyoto, muy cerca del barrio de Gion. Parada del autobús en frente y metro y trenes a unos minutos. Ubicado en una zona llena de tiendas y sitios para comer y disfrutar. Cada día proponen una actividad gratuita para los huéspedes del hotel y está genial.

Cons:

El desayuno es hasta las 10, pero a las 9,30 cierran las puertas y no dejan entrar. No entiendo, hay gente que tarda muy poco en desayunar, deberían ser un poco más flexibles. La única pega que le encuentro al hotel es esta.

A great hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and approachable. The hotel was well located and beautifully designed.

Cons:

Our bed was quite small which made it difficult to have a decent night sleep. However this was a lesson to learn on my part about booking a larger room. I would happily stay here again.

Literally the best location in Kyoto. Makes everything accessible and easy to walk everywhere.

The hotel is modern, clean and rooms are spacious for Japan's average.

Cons:

They advertise they have laundry but there's only 2 available and we had to wait in line all day to wash our clothes
