Hotel room is like new and very cozy. Very good locación

Cons:

There is no daily cleaning service. Ammenities were in the lobby and you have to take what yo need. No good sunlight.

Location was really great.

Cons:

The room size is very small, with a small double bed too. Our first room had a knocking air vent noise, but the staff changed our room immediately which was good.

Lovely hotel, well located.
Pros:

Excellent location. Central to subway, gion area, Chionin temple, shopping an good districts. Breakfast very good value.

Cons:

Rooms are small, as normal, but perfectly adequate for couple and luggage.

מיקום מעולה ממש בתוך שדרה מרכזית, היה כיף מאוד להסתובב סביב המלון אבל גם היעדים הרחוקים יותר היו יחסית קרובים או שהאוטובוס היה ממש ליד המלון.

Cons:

שימו לב שגובים תשלום נוסף בצק אין, נאמר לנו שזה מס שהייה בקיוטו.
מעבר לזה החדר לא היה הכי נקי שראינו, הלובי של המלון משופץ ומטופח אבל החדר היה קצת פחות.

We’d absolutely stay here again
Pros:

Beautiful facility, everything was so clean and a perfect mix of modern and traditional.

Cons:

The ONLY thing was that the toilet smelled a bit like sewage every time it was flushed. However, we did experience this at another hotel in Japan and this is our first time here so it may be a common occurrence.

Japanese hospitality at its best
Pros:

I would recomend this hotel without hesitation.The location is perfect. 5mins walk to the train station and one train ride away from all notable sights. The staff was always polite and very helpfull making our stay truly worry free.The room was cozy and spotless. The tatami floor is a nice touch and the soft bed what i needed after long days of walking. We had no issues with space having two large and two small suitcases .Fresh amenities and clean towels faster that i could ask for them, there was even a traditional matcha tea set. Also amazing soundproofing. There was a construction nearby and I only figured it out when I walked past it.

繁華街なのに静かで落ち着いて過ごせた。立地がよく観光や散歩に便利だった。
お荷物預かりなど、スタッフが親切だった。
床がたたみで心地よい。
