Old charm, great service, amazing views!!
Pros:

Amazing Garden, great views from anywhere you look, great spa, great living and bar area for relaxing in the evening. Very extensive breakfast buffet. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed by the restaurant. Even though the service was great, the food was not exceptional. It’s always a bit bland and kind of old school cooking, not in a good way.

Esperienza magnifica: un angolo di paradiso
Pros:

Soggiorno eccellente in una struttura immersa in un angolo di paradiso, circondata dalla natura.
Abbiamo prenotato una camera Deluxe, ampia, luminosa, impeccabilmente pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio, con un grazioso balcone affacciato sulle montagne e una vista davvero mozzafiato.
Ottima anche la cena al ristorante La Chandelle, con cucina eccellente, griglia a vista e una carta dei vini notevole. Pur non avendo incluso la colazione nella prenotazione, abbiamo deciso di provarla e ne è valsa assolutamente la pena: i croissant, la selezione di frutta fresca, l’ampia scelta di proposte dolci e salate e le uova preparate al momento dallo chef giustificano pienamente il prezzo.
Il giardino è semplicemente strepitoso: curatissimo, silenzioso e perfetto per rilassarsi o prendere il sole ammirando il paesaggio.
Un sincero ringraziamento a tutto il personale, sempre cortese, professionale e attento a ogni esigenza, che ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale.
Un’esperienza che consigliamo senza esitazione e che speriamo di ripetere presto!

Una coccola estiva con splendida vista sul Cervino.
Pros:

Tutto: la posizione, la pulizia, il giardino esterno, tutto lo staff e l’attenzione ai minimi dettagli.
Consiglio a tutti l’esperienza, come essere a casa lontano da casa.

Prima colazione ed aperitivo nel giardino fiorito. Disponibilità della navetta per gli spostamenti

staff great hotel is not a 5 star hotel, hallway caroets are ripped, rooms show there age and are desperate need of a redo. bookings filter for air conditioning doesnt apply to all rooms

We had a really great stay, staff were amazing and the facilities, rooms and restaurant were great.
Cons:

Only fault I have is that our room was on the back of the laundry and the walls are thin so we could hear a lot of thumping. The elevator was also near and our room and was loud. I would ask next time to be located further from both.
