Great staff but noisy rooms!
Pros:

The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful - from the security personnel to the lovely lady at the reception desk to the cleaners. The rooms are large, clean and very spacious. The hotel is clean, safe with modern toilets etc

Cons:

The problem is Lahore itself - one of the noisiest, crowded and most polluted cities on Earth. The rooms allocated were facing the Davis Road which is 24/7 busy! We counted 80-100 vehicles per minute passing at quieter times in front of the hotel and up to 300 vehicles PER MINUTE at busy times. The Hotel MUST invest in proper double glazing to keep out the constant, mind numbing noise of the traffic. And the breakfast was absolutely dreadful…

Not worth it.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel had parking.

Cons:

The breakfast was of little variety. There was 3 juice options but only mango juice was available.
We stayed in the Presidential suite which had very little amenities and the hot tub was not working! Very poor value for money.

Pros:

Many thanks to kareem and Ammara for their excellent customer service, they looked after my family so well. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had a great time staying over at the hotel. Great location and close to all the shopping bazaar

From UK to Pakistan at the Grand Millennium Hotel
Pros:

Day staff at reception were very nice. We stayed at the hotel for ten days in one of the connecting rooms which were two king size suites. Amara was very helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed professional and always happy to help. Thank you Amara.

Cons:

Rooms were quite dusty as we entered but the staff were really nice and changed all of the bedding and mopped all of the floors and standards were maintained daily throughout the time we were there.
