הניקיון. המיקום השקט והאפשרות למציאת חנייה קרובה. לא רחוק מהמקום יש מאפייה מצויינת, אכלנו בה כל בוקר.
המארחות היו נחמדות ונתנו מענה לכל פנייה.

Cons:

אהבנו הכל. בדירה שבחרנו לא היה מטבחון ומרפסת. הסתדרנו בלי. פשוט לא שמנו לב לכך בהזמנה.

Παρόλο που το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και το προσωπικό καθαριότητας έκανε πολύ καλή δουλειά καθημερινά, η συνολική εμπειρία μας επηρεάστηκε αρνητικά από ένα σοβαρό περιστατικό.

Το Σάββατο στις 8:00 το πρωί ξυπνήσαμε από θόρυβο, καθώς πραγματοποιούνταν εργασίες στο ξενοδοχείο. Όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα στη ρεσεψιόν, μου απάντησαν ότι ήταν μετά τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας. Όμως, οι πελάτες ενός ξενοδοχείου βρίσκονται εκεί για να ξεκουραστούν και όχι επειδή τελείωσαν οι ώρες κοινής ησυχίας. Μάλιστα, η απάντηση που έλαβα ήταν: «Τώρα ξύπνησες, τι ζητάς;», κάτι που θεώρησα ιδιαίτερα αγενές και αντιεπαγγελματικό.

Το πιο απογοητευτικό είναι ότι δεν υπήρξε καμία ενημέρωση εκ των προτέρων ότι θα γίνονταν εργασίες, ούτε κάποια εξήγηση ότι επρόκειτο για κάτι έκτακτο. Επιπλέον, ούτε κατά το check-out υπήρξε μια απλή συγγνώμη για την αναστάτωση.

Οι επισκέπτες πληρώνουν για να απολαύσουν ήρεμες και ξεκούραστες διακοπές. Έχω μείνει σε πολλά ξενοδοχεία και δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει ξανά τέτοια συμπεριφορά. Ελπίζω η διοίκηση να κατανοήσει ότι οι εργασίες που προκαλούν έντονο θόρυβο θα πρέπει είτε να προγραμματίζονται με μεγαλύτερη προσοχή είτε να ενημερώνονται έγκαιρα οι πελάτες, ώστε να αποφεύγονται τέτοιες δυσάρεστες εμπειρίες.

Short stay
Pros:

It was the 2nd time we stayed here within a year.
Location, staff and the room itself, all were great once again.
