Not recommended… definitely not a 4* hotel
Pros:

Location is good for those who want to climb Mt Fuji. Rooms facing Yamanakako Lake have a nice view.

Cons:

Rooms are so small that you can barely move inside and without wardrobes. So actually there is no space to put things you have with you. Spiders in the room can be found often. And the worst: the hotel did not allow us to use shower after the check-out although it is available in the onsen area. We wanted to pay at the reception for taking shower but it was before 3 pm so they told us we cannot do this at 2 pm.

リピーターになる滞在先！
Pros:

スタッフの方々が皆さん親切で、丁寧という印象を受けました。海外スタッフの方の話す日本語もわかりやすく、いつも笑顔で接して頂きとても気分が良い滞在になりました。
朝晩の食事も隅々まで行き届いた感じで清潔感、お得感もあり満足して過ごせました。

また泊まりたい宿確定！
Pros:

・ホテルの窓からの景色が最高！目の前が湖で、早朝の一面の霧から次々移り変わっていき、最終的にパキッと晴れた景色まで、遮るものなど無くずっと見ていられる！
朝ごはん会場からの富士山もとっても綺麗
・ベッドは快適で、家族全員布団に入ってすぐ爆睡！
・フリーのペットボトルもウォーターサーバーも富士のお水なのか美味しかった
・外国人スタッフの方も多く、みんな笑顔で迎えてくれて心地良かった

Cons:

・お風呂を日替わり男女入れ替えにするなど、色々楽しみたかった
・キャパに対して駐車場が狭い
・ブッフェにはもう少し特徴が欲しい　出来合い感が強かった
・部屋に大きめの蜘蛛が2匹いた
　　古いので仕方ないかもしれないが残念
・ウェルカムドリンクがコーヒーしかなく、子どもたちは残念がっていた　
　子どもにはチェックインの際にパックのリンゴやオレンジジュースを渡していただけたは最高

部屋からの富士山の眺めが最高だった。河口湖の近くなのでお散歩も出来て良かったです。

Cons:

特にはないです。部屋からの富士山が見えるかはお天気次第なのでそこだけ。
