Lage, Zimmergröße

Cons:

Sauber, aber es hat dennoch sehr abgewohnt gewirkt. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Parkplatz war zwar inklusive, wenn man zu spät kam, musste man aber in einem anderen Hotel parken.

Pros:

We stayed in a lakeside room and it was absolutely brilliant. The light curtains made the sunrise feel incredibly close, although the room would definitely benefit from blackout curtains. That said, the view was incredible and more than made up for it.

The room had good hot water and water pressure, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with a couple of transport questions.

This was our first experience staying somewhere with an onsen, and we really enjoyed it.

The hotel is a bus ride from the train station, but there are a few restaurants nearby as well as a couple of convenience stores.

We didn’t have breakfast here, although the selection available looked very good if it fits your budget.

The lake itself is wonderful to walk around — about 14km in total, which took us roughly 2.5 hours. Definitely do it, as the views are amazing throughout.

I would happily stay here again.

Pros:

5階のマウントビューのお部屋で、窓の正面から富士山を見ることが出来る素晴らしいロケーションでした。
富士ヒルクライムに合わせた滞在で、早めに予約していたとはいえツインで広々とした部屋にリーズナブルな値段で宿泊することが出来ました。
早朝チェックアウトも対応しており、万全な状態で富士ヒルクライムの本番に挑むことが出来ました。

Cons:

アメニティが、フロントの横にあるものを持っていく形なのですが、カミソリが無かったため、コンビニまでいって買って来なければなりませんでした。
出来ればここは改善してほしいです。

Cons:

外国人ツアー客向けの、高値低サービスのホテルです。あなたが運動部の合宿用の宿泊会場を探しているのでなければこのホテルを予約してはいけない。（それでももっとコスパのいい宿があります。）

【接客】
チェックイン時に挨拶もなく事務的に取り扱われる。ビジネスホテルなら不満を感じないが、払っている金額に値する接客ではなかった。

【食事】
冷凍食品を中心にした低レベルなビュッフェ。具体的に言うとガスト（一食1,000円以下のチェーンレストラン）の少し下くらいのレベル。食事会場も混雑していて注文も通りずらい。（そもそも食事会場にスタッフが足りていない。）食事会場は受付のすぐ横に位置しており、受付から食べ物のにおいが漂ってきて不快。食事後に自分で食器とゴミを捨てさせられるのもこの値段のホテルでは初めての体験。マクドナルドですか？？
