Pros:

Value for money,close to food stall, kopitiam and Indomaret. The hotel was clean and the ground staff are very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel should provide amenities like kettle,glasses,coffe/tea.They should standby hair dryer and iron .Another thing was,the staff were very noisy at night,not sure either they working or joking.They keep on banging the door and speak loudly.We experienced this for 2 night stay.

Pros:

Great location, you're literally in the centre of the city; near restaurants, cafes, the Grand Mosque. The receptionists (esp Deby & Sipora) were very friendly and helpful. My room was large, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The water pressure was also very good.

Cons:

Like others have mentioned, despite the air con remote stating 16C it was obvious this wasn't the case. I never felt properly cool in my room. I guess the 'lowest' temperature my room ever reached was about 26C. The wifi was terrible! So often it disappeared—I had to constantly try and reconnect. Very annoying. And lastly the tap in the sink in the bathroom was so stupidly low it meant to wash your hands you only had a few inches of space between tap and basin, plus the water filled up very quickly.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal dans cette ville si étendue. Personnel très sympa. Tout à proximité.

Cons:

On ne peut pas ouvrir les fenètres et la clim était un peu faible.

The price offered did not match with the facilities given to the guest.

The toilet not well maintain. The patched up towel provided to the guest should not be thrown away.
