Cons:

Ho soggiornato per 5 notti in questo hotel e p l'esperienza è stata molto deludente. La struttura dà l'idea di essere completamente abbandonata a se stessa: dagli anni '80 a oggi sembra che non sia stato fatto alcun intervento di ristrutturazione. I punti critici riguardano soprattutto pulizia e servizi: pulizia purtroppo insufficiente. Ho trovato un animale nel box doccia e gli asciugamani inizialmente forniti erano sporchi. Per quanto riguarda i servizi e gli spazi, la colazione offre unicamente prodotti confezionati di bassa qualità e poco ricca, il bar è inesistente e la terrazza — che sarebbe anche molto carina — è del tutto trascurata e in disuso. Nota di merito fondamentale per lo staff: L'unico vero punto di forza della struttura è il personale, sempre estremamente gentile e servizievole. Ogni volta che c'è stato un problema si sono attivati immediatamente: quando ho segnalato l'insetto nella doccia sono intervenuti subito per rimuoverlo e igienizzare tutto, e anche quando ho fatto presente che gli asciugamani erano sporchi me li hanno cambiati all'istante. Con una menzione speciale per Miriam, che si è dimostrata estremamente gentile e professionale nonostante le evidenti carenze dell'hotel. Peccato davvero, perché con una ristrutturazione seria e una gestione più curata la struttura avrebbe un grande potenziale. Allo stato attuale, purtroppo, non posso consigliarlo.

Pros:

L' hotel è proprio al centro di Pozzuoli e ben collegato con tutti i servizi. La struttura è molto bella ma purtroppo non è mantenuta in maniera eccellente dispone di un bellissimo terrazzo con visto sul mare e su Pozzuoli.

Cons:

Il personale che serve la colazione è davvero scortese e la colazione è di pessima qualità'.

es war wirklich von Ankunft bis Abreise ein reines Erlebnis, der Blick aus dem Zimmer zum Hafen war tarumhaft, in der Nähe auch sehr gute Restaurants. JEDERZEIT wieder!

La vista dal terrazzo dove si serve la prima colazione.

Cons:

La struttura ha una posizione difficilmente avvicinabile. Da inizio c' erano problemi con il lift. La camera prenotata (l' unica che era disponibile) non aveva balcone ne vista mare che lo sapevo, ma c' era scritto che dá verso la cittá. Infatti dava per la strada che andava in centro, quindi era molto trafficosa e rumorosa anche di notte. Era molto difficile andare a piedi in centro e al porto (bisognava camminare su cavalcavie senza marciapiede). Nonostante tutti gli ostacoli che avevo incontrato, visto che ci son andata ad esplorare i monumenti unici del posto, ho risolto il problema utilizzando taxi che peró non mi costava poco. Lo staff quindi erea molto servizievole.

Tutto. Avevamo una stanza grande, fortunatamente, ma con un solo condizionatore in una stanza da letto. Quindi per chi dormiva nell’altro letto faceva ovviamente caldissimo. Avevo chiamato giorni prima dicendo che avrei dovuto lavorare e loro mi hanno assicurato che sarei potuta stare nella hall. Peccato che non c’era aria condizionata e ho dovuto prendere ferie e non lavorare, perché non c’era un filo d’aria. Colazione tutta confezionata e poco fornita, cornetti bruciati e crostate del discount vecchie. In stanza non c’era nessun set da bagno, se non una cuffia per capelli. Che dire non ci tornerei più ! (Il personale gentile ed educato ha provato a fare il possibile)

Excellent accommodation
Pros:

All staff were fantastic !!!! friendly, helpful and made our stay very welcoming. Our room was very spacious and we are looking forward to staying there again next year.
