I tried the experience to sleep in a capsule, it was not so small, my case fitted in it as well.
Pros:

Location/closeness to my area

Cons:

Noise smoke and light was making very hard to sleep in the capsule which had only curtain to separate from other people

Chaotic, uncomfortable and unsafe , unfortunately one of my worst accommodation experiences.
Pros:

The location was convenient, but unfortunately my overall experience was very negative.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay. My belongings got stolen, there were guests being extremely noisy and openly talking about drugs, and there was a serious fight upstairs one morning. The person who appeared to be in charge behaved very unprofessionally, moved my sleeping spot/bed around without proper communication, the bed capsules were so noisy anytime I move and there were issues with what seemed to be double bookings. The atmosphere was chaotic and made it very difficult to relax or feel secure. After the fight, I asked for help and requested a refund, but I felt that my concerns were not properly addressed. I ended up having a horrible experience and would not stay here again.

Pretty solid room clean lovely space
Pros:

Loved the room but dang extremely cold , and why are there no towels or tissues or napkins at all?

Cons:

The key to my room had been given to another guest with an entirely different name. That still had the key by the time I had to leave for dinner. So had to rely on staff returning key to my key lock

Not what it advertised - I wouldn’t reccomend this place if you are a woman, have kids or are a tourist.

Very loud, bed was very un comfy and limited covers made it very cold. Look it was alright for the price - just sad because it’s not advertised as what it is - I booked this place for 3 nights for work and was uncomfortable immediately however was unable to get a refund for the second two nights I chose not to stay. It is very budget accommodation and maybe that should have given it away but I thought it may have been week day prices. I think if this was advertised as what it is I wouldn’t have booked and people wouldn’t have a problem. I was lucky that I have the resources to look for other options but I feel for those who feel stuck because they don’t have the same options - something for the owner to think about.

Great accommodation at 15 Charles
Pros:

Hugh is always lovely and greets guests with a smile and professionalism. The location is fantastic with transport, food and Victoria Street at your doorstep. The owner provides fast and reliable updates on any questions about the property and it is a great atmosphere within the common areas.
