Good location and nice hotel
Pros:

Good location. Room was nice. Bathroom could’ve done with a freshen up. Location was great.

Cons:

There was a cathedral right next to our hotel which was loud.

Old quarter boutique hotel in great location
Pros:

Chose hotel.for the location. Very pleasant boutique hotel. Great staff. $128 SGD for 4 nights on Booking.Com is excellent value. Would stay again for sure. Nothing fancy but very acceptable and comfortable

Грязно в номере, старый ремонт.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение.

Cons:

Было грязно, на фото номера выглядят опрятно, в реальности это совсем не так. Нам сказали, что убираются каждый день, в итоге мы вернулись поздно и убрано не было, на следующий день мы сами попросили об уборке.

Good for short stays
Pros:

Location was ideal, right in Old Quarter, convenient walking distance to lots of things, most tours/excursions will pick you up from hotel

Noisy construction, door was difficult to lock with the key, building was outdated

Emplacement au top sur Hanoï
Pros:

On a adoré son emplacement dans la rue à l'arrière de la Cathédrale. Nous avons fait 2hôtels différents sur Hanoï et celui-ci été de loin le mieux placé. Rue calme à l'écart de l'agitation mais proche des points d'intérêt. Balcon agréable.

The Pilgrim is a very pleasant surprise. Great Hotel!
Pros:

Hotels in the Old Quarter often have facility issues. They are old hotels, rooms tend to be tight and some things like tv or internet are not so good. This hotel has checked all the boxes for me. The staff is outstanding. The location is outstanding. The room is a very pleasant surprise. It's a great value. My favorite so far of all the three hotels I've stayed in here in Old Quarter.

Cons:

Nothing. I've extended my stay twice now.
