Me and my wife stayed for our first night after our wedding and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The facility, the staff, the process, and the food were all far nor exceptional than we could have ever asked for.
Not a single thing
The view from the pool area!
The residences, Stein Erickson, Do not have any aesthetic or nuance. It’s like a glorified holiday Inn at the airport. That being said, the staff is beyond accommodating!!! However, I found that no room service and having to take a shuttle to the spa at Steins Lodge very inconvenient. Will be staying at Stein‘s Lodge in the future.
Increibles instalaciones, la alberca volada esta increible y la vista desde los jacuzzis. El servicio expectacular y el que te reciban despues de esquiar con un chocolate calietne y bombones son un gran detalle. Lo mejor es el poder salir esquiando desde el hotel directo a las pistas

The property is spectacular! Well designed for luxury as well as intimacy. But for us, the true standout was the staff. Friendly, attentive, always asking what more they can do. Rarely do you get to know all of them on a first name basis. Top flight service!

Great residence, facilities and location.
However, the staffing (primarily valet) is limited and that takes away from experience.
The rooms are nice, new and clean.
The layout is strange with no bathroom door in the unit and the open shower facing the open window.
The gym and pool facilities are great.
The ski valet is mostly good with some exceptions.
The valet service is spotty.
I think there is usually just one person there who may also be the person who drives their shuttle. If that person is not there, there is no valet service at all.
While it’s not a big deal, I wouldn’t expect to have to load large suitcases into the car by myself in an establishment of this caliber.
It was the best experience we had , the staff were so amazing and the costumer service was excellent. Everything were beyond the expectations.
This property left quite the impact ! The staff was amazing , breakfast was delicious, they go the extra mile for everything. Extremely clean, spectacular views , pool , and Best staff/ drivers ever! So glad we booked here, Can’t wait to go back soon !
