Pros:

Very clean and nice property and good breakfast ..place is very close to the all the locations - couldn’t ask for more ..

Cons:

Nothing much to complain about- possibly a little space for seating outside or in the garden would be nice but again that’s just a suggestion ..

Leuk verblijf in Amsterdam!
Pros:

Het was een propere kamer. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en konden steeds helpen als je met iets zat.

Cons:

Het bed is niet zo comfortabel, net als de kussens. De handdoeken die we nog even wilden bijhouden en lieten we ophangen aan de kapstok, maar werden opgeplooid. We wisten niet meer of het de oude of nieuwe waren. We kregen wel zonder probleem nieuwe handdoeken.

מלון נהדר וידידותי במרכז

מיקום נוח מאוד במרכז, קרוב להכל. תחבורה נוחה. צוות ידידותי ונהדר, עזרו לנו מאוד עם אבא מוגבל בתנועה. אפשרו לנו לשמור אוכל לשבת במקרר מאחר ואנחנו אוכלים כשר.

קיבלנו מפתחות פיזיים לחדרים בגלל השבת.

Cons:

שולחן קטן מדי בחדר. אין ספה ויש רק כורסא אחת לשבת עליה. אין מקרר בחדר.

Das Frühstück ist reichlich und gut.
Die Lage ist gut, mehrere Museums (Rembrandthaus, Schifffahrt, Nemo, Judisches +Synagoge) sind in der Nähe.

Cons:

Noch ein paar Handtücherhalter wäre besser.
Das Vergrößerungsglas für die Rasur fehlt auch.

Good place to stay when visiting Amsterdam.
Pros:

We liked that the location was near things but not in the middle of the city.
12 minute walk to central station!

Good, but it could be better...
Pros:

The two ladies at the reception desk, Alina and Marie, were just great! So polite, so sweet, so helpful, so social... probably the best reason to visit the hotel.
The breakfast was basic, but you could leave with a full stomach.
The room was sunny, big enough, and the bathroom was really good!

Cons:

The room didn't have a small fridge.

The worst thing about this hotel was the policy about visits: visitors were not allowed after 11 pm.
This detail was not written on Booking's website nor on the paper with the "rules" they gave us.
My ex came to visit me at night, after his work, and the night shift made us feel uncomfortable with this information.
Some serious hotels ask for ID and let people in (or big brands like Melia, Hilton, Sheraton, etc. don't even ask).
Plus, after 11 pm you should ring the doorbell and wait for the receptionist to open for you. They could put a card reader and just check the monitors.

Nice place but they made a mistake. Still recommend though :)
Pros:

Room was clean, staff were friendly, not too far from the centre and breakfast was nice

Cons:

I booked a double room and when I got there they said they had no more doubles so we had a room with 2 single beds. They gave me a room with a canal view "to make up for it". I wasn't really bothered about a canal view so that was a bit annoying

A decent, good-quality hotel — more or less what we expected.

Cons:

There is an additional building, which makes navigating the corridors rather confusing. The window in our room was also completely sealed shut, so it could not be opened. The room opposite ours had normal windows that could be opened for fresh air.

The ventilation system was quite noisy, and even after switching it off, the noise could still be heard, which was unpleasant.

Room was very comfortable, size sufficient to our needs. Before our trip, we saw some negative comments saying that the breakfast selection was limited, but we found it to be no different from other hotels of a similar standard.

Zentrales Hotel mit wenig Charme und einigen Einschränkungen.

- Sauberkeit der Zimmer

Cons:

- Klimaanlage macht unangenehme Geräusche, die insbesondere in der Nacht störend sind
- Es gibt im Zimmer eine Klimaanlage die man selbst steuern kann. Zusätzlich wird das Zimmer über eine zentrale Klimaanlage gekühlt. Die zentrale Klimaanlage kühlt das Zimmer enorm runter. Gerade in der Nacht war es enorm kalt und es hat gezogen. Es war sehr unangenehm. Auf Nachfrage beim Hotelpersonal wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die zentrale Klimaanlage so notwendig sein, keine Reduzierung der Kühlleistung möglich ist und im übrigen die Lüftung notwendig ist, damit in den Zimmern kein schlechter Geruch entsteht.
- Fenster sind versperrt und können nicht geöffnet werden.
