Well worth it!
Pros:

The property had everything needed. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Cons:

It is small which I could see from the photos, but if the owners used the walls to put hooks and shelves it would maximise the small space.

It was okay for we only stayed a night.
Pros:

The property was safe and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was also clean and that the aircon funstiins well, especially in this time of the year wherein it was very hot.

Cons:

They were very strict about the noise and said that it is prohibited between 22:00-8:00. But around 5am, there were already too much at the room above us, in a sense that it woke us up. Well that was a bit frustrating because my friend and I would have wanted to sleep a little bit more but we can‘t anymore because of the noise. Their shower area or portion was too tiny that every time I scrub my head or my body, my elbows always bump to the doors. And tte breakfast was a bit expensive in my opinion.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was the noise — the loud sounds coming through the door, which was often left open, and the fact that the room was located right in front of the reception. The door wouldn’t close properly, and you could even see through the gap. Quiet hours were not respected; around 2:00 AM, people were shouting right in front of the door.

The toilet could only be used by holding it with one hand, as it was not properly fixed in place.

It was very cold in the room — I had to use both blankets just to be able to sleep.

There was also a general issue with the cold, as there was a message about the air conditioner telling us not to use it for heating because we might damage it and would have to pay for it.

Pros:

Gostei da limpeza, lençóis, cama, e gentileza dos funcionários. A localização é muito boa.

Cons:

Tem escada pra chegar até a recepção. O café é razoável. Tem muita coisa, mas sem qualidade. Os quartos são antigos e mobiliários também.

De receptie met vriendelijke mensen , ook engels sprekend. Hond werd ook welkom geheten

Cons:

De kamer , ik reis alleen met een hond. Kreeg een bijzonder klein 1 persoonskamertje zonder raam. Alleenbij de badkamer was een raam . De airco kreeg ik niet aan, er leek zelfs warmte vanuit een rooster te komen. Benauwd, bedompt en geen daglicht.
Er was wel een tv die werkte met italiaanse zenders. Ik weet niet hoe de meer persoonskamers er uitzien , vast wel beter maar deze kamer was vervelend.
