We had a fantastic stay in the Club Room. The breakfast was a highlight, offering both Asian and Western styles in a great family-friendly setup near the pool. We also appreciated the hotel’s flexibility; when we had an early departure, they prepared a takeaway breakfast box for us. The evening canapés (5–7 PM) were a lovely touch, and the staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. The parking staff at Basement Floor was also helpful and nice.

Overall we found this hotel represents excellent value for money in the area, and really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here. On the plus side it’s in an excellent central location, the rooms are spacious, clean and we really appreciated the excellent showed (great water pressure). Staff were helpful and very friendly. The check in and out process was seamless.

Cons:

Only a couple of areas could be improved. The lounge chairs at the pool don’t have cushions, so it’s not conducive to extended stays relaxing by the pool. The pool could also benefit from more upbeat music. And there aren’t nearly enough beach chairs on their section of beach, so we ended up renting chairs each day further down the beach. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of.

Hotel jest estetyczny i zadbany, a pokoje ładnie urządzone. Cały obiekt sprawia bardzo dobre wrażenie wizualne. Na duży plus zasługuje recepcja – bardzo profesjonalna obsługa, pomocna i świetnie mówiąca po angielsku. Śniadania oferują duży wybór i są różnorodne, a dodatkowym atutem jest piękny widok w trakcie posiłku.

Cons:

Największym minusem jest bardzo krótki czas dostępności ciepłej wody pod prysznicem – trudno, aby komfortowo umyła się nawet jedna osoba, a przy pobycie z dziećmi jest to szczególnie problematyczne.
Podczas śniadań często brakowało poszczególnych produktów, a obsługa jeszcze przed oficjalnym zakończeniem posiłków podchodziła do stolików i ponaglała gości do kończenia jedzenia, co znacząco obniżało komfort.
Dodatkowo w pokojach umieszczono liczne informacje o karach oraz bardzo szczegółowy cennik zniszczeń (włącznie z kosztami za stłuczenie kubka). Jest to podejście, z którym spotkałam się po raz pierwszy i które sprawia wrażenie nadmiernej kontroli. Mimo uprzejmej obsługi, gość może czuć się bardziej jak intruz niż klient.

Неплохой отель для пакетных туристов
Pros:

Доброжелательный персонал, одна из женщин на ресепшене даже говорила по русски. Удобное расположение. Есть свои лежаки на пляже с полотенцами.
