Cực kỳ thoải mái và xứng đáng
Pros:

Mình và bạn trai có tìm chỗ nghỉ tại Nha Trang cho chuyến đi 4n4đ và đã quyết định đặt 2đ tại Quinter và thấy đây là quyết định cực kỳ đúng đắn và thoải mái. Khách sạn khá mới, to rộng, có đầy đủ tiện nghi. Phòng bọn mình đặt là có ban công hướng núi và 1 phần hướng biển, bạn Trâm tại quầy lễ tân đã chăm sóc và liên hệ cho mình từ đầu đến cuối ngày nghỉ. Phòng cực rộng và sạch, tuy nằm ở vị trí gần trung tâm và đi bộ tầm 3p ra biển nhưng đến tối nghỉ ngơi lại rất yên tĩnh. Đặt phòng đẹp nên cả ngày chỉ thích ở trong phòng trong khách sạn. Đầy đủ dịch vụ và rất chuyên nghiệp, giặt là cũng có nhân viên qua trực tiếp phòng lấy, các anh chị staffs rất nhẹ nhàng và lịch sự luôn ấy. Ngoài Trâm thì ở quầy lễ tân có 1 bạn nữ tóc tém ngắn cũng xử lý cho mình rất nhanh và nhẹ nhàng (sorry vì không hỏi tên bạn ấy). Ncl bọn mình luỵ Nha Trang và rất thoải mái khi ở Quinter Central, à buffet sáng cũng rất ngon và đầy đủ món á âu, bạn trai mình còn khen bánh xèo đầy nhân và giòn. Mình có góp ý về 1 số cái trong phòng ốc và về có chút trục trặc về dv laundry và cũng đc Trâm nhận góp ý rất nhẹ nhàng, hai đứa rất ưng với lần lưu trú này tại Quinter

La posizione dell'albergo era comoda per andare in centro o al mare

Cons:

Siamo arrivati la sera e ci hanno dato una stanza che non era quella prenotata. La stanza era sporca, divani macchiati, finestre piene di vernice, la tavoletta del water sporca e macchiata a tal punto che dopo continue lamentele si sono convinti a sostituire la tavoletta del water,, non c'era la doccia come da descrizione ma una vasca con il doccino e il concierge continuava a dirci che in vietnam la doccia walk in è la vasca con il doccino. Dopo diverse nostre lamentele ci hanno detto di dormire li per una notte e poi il giorno dopo avrebbero chiesto al superiore se potevano cambiarci stanza. Il giorno dopo ci hanno dato la stanza che avevamo prenotato senza darci la bottiglia di vino/champagne che era prevista nella prenotazione e senza nemmeno scusarsi o proporci uno sconto per averci fatto dormire in una camera sporca e differente da quella prenotata. Di tutto il viaggio in Vietnam l'unico albergo veramente pessimo.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and my family absolutely loved and enjoyed everything here. From the facilities to the overall atmosphere, every detail exceeded our expectations.
I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Trâm at the reception desk. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality and genuine smile made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. In terms of customer service, I am extremely satisfied with the excellent support she provided. Employees like her make a real difference and leave a lasting impression on guests.
We will definitely return in the future, and we hope to receive the same wonderful welcome and hospitality that Trâm gave us. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable experience.

Best Stay in Nha Trang
Pros:

To be very honest, after staying in many hotels this was a refreshing experience. The room and hotel was awesome and the location as well. The Front Office staff speaks perfect English and everyone was super friendly. Han, Minh and specially Anh, Uyen, Phong was extremely helpful, from the moment we arrived.

Exceptional Experience
Pros:

We could not have asked for a better experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and only too happy to answer my frequent questions. The room was bright and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was among the best I’ve ever encountered, the infinity pool
was a welcome spot to relax. The front desk staff - Rhu, Uyen, Tram, Phong, Lam and Tan went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I cannot thank them enough! I highly, highly recommend this hotel!
