Decor

Everything was wonderful. We had a great room that was very comfortable. We appreciated the friendly staff and all the accommodations that were provided during our stay.
Our only complaint was that we came during construction , however, we understand that at times it is necessary in order to keep the property in good shape.
Location was great.
Property was miss-marketed as having a rooftop pool that turned out to be closed for refurbishment. Booking.com claimed the hotel hadn’t informed them and that I would receive compensation, but 3 weeks after my stay, nothing has been forthcoming. The hotel blame booking.com and booking.com blame the hotel.
This hotel had a perfect location and a really comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the amenities also.
Chasen is the best valet on the team. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else
