I am considering moving to Austin, so it gave me the perfect feeling of what it is like to live in Austin because it is not a traditional hotel, it is more like an apartment that is used as a hotel like an AirBnB. I loved having my own kitchenette and everything. Also the location was so phenomenal, I was 3 minutes from all the nightlife. It was truly amazing. It was also really easy to check in even though I arrived to the hotel late around 10 pm.

Cons:

I actually did not mind this because I am used to this being from Miami, but I am saying this for other patrons who may want to stay away from this, so East 6th (where the hotel is located) is a party zone, and from my room you could hear people talking and partying late at night. If that would bug you, don't stay here or live here, but I don't mind because I'm 24 years old and used to it.

Very informative of where not to stay for good night sleep
Pros:

I liked the layout of the room.

Cons:

Instructions for parking garage prior to check in is almost essential.
Water pressure was ok for showers but took forever to fill the tub for a bath.
Mattress was horrible.
The noise level is bad I could hear conversations on the street. Heavier curtains are needed. The street noise is big and expected in the location yet more could be done.

Home Away From Home
Pros:

It felt like home away from home. Everything was well thought out. I never found myself thinking that I wash I had something I needed to be comfortable. The person working the night we checked in was also very friendly and accommodating.

I like that it was close to everything the location was good

Cons:

Well, we were told by the a staff member that we were large group needed to keep quiet however, our room was right under dive bar lol I hate to think this remark was racially motivated the people at the club were louder than us please be considerate when asking this and your bedroom is in eye distance of the club and she didn’t understand parking also, loss sleep from fire drill that went off overall okay probably would not stay again

Nice area, bad service for 500$ per night
Pros:

There is a coffee machine in the lobby. There is a well equipped kitchenette with dishes and a dishwasher. There is laundry in the corridor.

Cons:

There was no table and chair to sit and eat the meal or work on a computer. Staff was not able to provide any. There is no TV signal. You must have an application to watch TV. The carpet was not vacuumed, probably. There was a bunch of hair. Control of the fan on the ceiling was a closely guarded secret. Sometimes worked, sometimes not. It was not possible to initiate the air conditioning. 505$ per night Shame!
