Zdecydownie nie poważne podejście do sytuacji. Zgarnąć pieniądze za pobyt i tyle.

Masaż był wykonany bardzo dobrze, kelnerzy w restauracji bardzo sympatyczni

Przy zameldowaniu recepcja w dniu przyjazdu nawet nie raczyła poinformować o awarii wody od rana tego dnia.
W chwili kiedy już rezerwacja była opłacona i w pokoju sprawdziłam ten brak udałam się dowiedzieć co się dzieje. Recepcjonistka ze śmiechem odpowiedziała jest awaria. Jak na ilość * który ma hotel zachowanie osób było nie poważne. Do dnia dzisiejszego od recepcji nie dostałam informacji jaka będzie rekompensata.
W drugi dzień postawili pod drzwiami 1 sztukę wody 5l - która miała starczyć nie wiem na co.
