清水の素晴らしさを知る旅の拠点
Pros:

駅近で周囲に飲食店も多くとても便利だった。車で行ったのですぐ前にある駐車場を利用できたのも良かった。部屋はとても清潔だったし従業員の方たちも親切で好感を持てた。

Cons:

価格相応の部屋の広さ、設備だった。

また清水に行く際は利用させていただきます。
Pros:

古いホテルなのかな？と思いきや内装は改装されたのかきれいで過ごしやすかったです。一部残ってるレトロ感もかわいくて好きな雰囲気でした。
駅に近いことで、まわりに大きい商店街やお店も豊富でした。天気が悪かったのですが移動を楽に過ごせ助かりました。

入浴と寝るだけなら、お勧め
Pros:

清水駅のすぐそばで立地が良い。
清水港近くの河岸の市も徒歩で行ける。
ホテルの駐車場に停められなかったが、近隣のコインパーキングを勧めてくれて、駐車料金の差額はホテルが持ってくれて1,000円で停められた。

Cons:

部屋の臭いが気になりました
シャワーの水圧が弱い

昭和感はあるけれどお得
Pros:

とにかく安い！昭和感はあるけど。
三人で布団部屋で15000円は破格！
部屋は少し狭さがあるが問題ない程度。
お風呂トイレもリニューアルされている。
ドライヤーも良いやつだった。
フロントで取るタイプアメニティも充実しており、申し分なし。
朝食は下のレストランで朝食券を買えば食べれる。
ドリンクバーになっていた。
駅近、飲食店が多く立地が良い。
ポケモンGOをやる人には最高な立地です。

昭和感はあるけれど、全体的な値段、満足度を考えるとお得。

ハンドソープの香りがいい
Pros:

フロントの方、特に女性の方の笑顔が素敵で対応がとても良かったです。
駅近で勝手な想像より広く清潔で快適に過ごせました。
1人分で1万3千円だと思っていたのでお得に泊まれて満足です。

Cons:

扉の外からの声が結構通りやすく、お部屋の奥で寝てても聞こえたので何度かびっくりして気になりました。
学生さん？が数名いらっしゃったからかな。
