Da localização. Fica perto das praias. Café muito bom também.
Fui surpreendido c uma estranha entrando no meu quarto
Comuniquei a recepção. Disseram q iriam averiguar e não me deram retorno. Numa situação dessas, no mínimo, esoera-se que o próprio gerente tranquilize o cliente, o que n ocorreu.
O q foi desagradável é q era uma hóspede que entrou errado no quarto, ou seja, tinha a mesma chave do quarto. Muito complicado isso.
Gostei da hospitalidade dos funcionários, da cama confortável, da limpeza do quarto, do café da manhã e principalmente pela delicadeza da lembrança do aniversário do meu esposo. Perfeito!
Amei tudo!
O hotel está muito bem localizado há pouco mais de 100m da praia de Jatiúca (que, inclusive, foi a que mais gostamos em Maceió). O quarto é confortável e espaçoso e a equipe do hotel muito eficiente e simpática. Destaque para o café da manhã, delicioso, farto e com muitas opções.
Não houve nada que não gostamos no hotel.

Nada a reclamar. Já me hospedei 3 vezes consecutivas no Kaeté, nos últimos 2 anos.
Hotel com bom custo benefício. Quarto padrão, com uma boa cama e bom chuveiro. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. Tudo muito limpo. As frutas do café da manhã eram de ótima qualidade. O estacionamento é gratuito.
O café da manhã foi bastante frustrante. A variedade é boa, mas tudo estava frio. Omelete frio, ovos frios, tapioca fria, salsicha fria. O quarto que ficamos ficava de frente para a rua, o que faz com que tenha muito barulho. É longe da praia.
De tudo!
A única coisa que tenho a reclamar é que o café da manhã não é sinalizado. Como o hotel recebe gente do mundo todo, importante colocar os placas com oa principais alérgenos para evitar Alergias.....
