Nice hotel and room but lack of ironing equipment and working sockets very inconvenient

Foram extremamente simpáticos, principalmente porque fiz anos num dos dias da estadia e deixaram-me um miminho no quarto, assim como foram muito disponíveis em todos os pedidos que fizemos.

Geweldige locatie en een leuk hotel aan het water.
Pros:

Het personeel was zoals altijd heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect, je bent zo in het centrum en je hebt uitzicht over de haven. Het ontbijt is tot 11:00 en de check-out tijd is om 12:00 met eventuele optie tot late check-out. Indien er zaken op waren bij het ontbijt hoefde je het alleen maar aan te geven en dan werd het onmiddellijk klaargemaakt of bijgevuld.

Cons:

Nadat er wat tekortkomingen waren, heeft het hotel mij teruggebeld en gevraagd wat zij konden betekenen voor een eventuele boeking in de toekomst. Ik vond het erg fijn dat er op een pro-actieve manier mee werd gedacht zonder daarbij aan mijn opmerkingen voorbij te gaan. Top!!

Staff were fantastic and made our stay incredible … this is an absolute must stay hotel!
Pros:

Everything! Absolutely stunning … our room was just gorgeous, the canal view … the open top court yard, endless amounts of coffee from the lounge … everything in the room was such high quality.

There was nothing to not like!
