Good value for money and a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend for city-break travelers.
Pros:

A small cozy hotel with tiny but perfectly adequate rooms. It has a charming story and character, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a very pleasant hotel and a good choice for a short stay in the city.
The location is outstanding—just 200 meters from Baščaršija and right in the heart of the city. A major advantage is that the hotel offers its own parking, which is a big plus for such a central location.

Cons:

On the downside, some guests might find the lack of certain amenities a drawback, although this is not really something you would expect from a hotel of this size and format. The street can be busy and noisy, but that comes with being located in the very center of the city, so it largely depends on your personal preferences.

Posizione ottima, appena fuori dal "vivace trambusto" del centro ma raggiungibile in 5 minuti di passeggiata; struttura che ben si adatta al contesto in cui è situata, colorata, luminosa, ordinata, staff cordiale e premuroso nel soddisfare le richieste.
Colazione assortita, a fascia oraria ampia.

A localização é excelente! Perto de tudo: lojas, mercados, pontos turísticos.
Todos que trabalham no hotel são simpáticos, gentis e prestativos.
O hotel tem um clima bem "familia".

O café da manhã e a limpeza poderiam melhorar um pouco. O hotel é limpo, a roupa de cama é bem cuidada, mas falta atenção aos detalhes.
O café da manhã poderia ser melhor apresentado. O espaço é pequeno e tudo fica um pouco "apertado". Senti falta de um lugar para esquentar o pão ou fazer uma torrada.
