Der Spa-Bereich war sehr gut. Das Personal mietet sich dort sicher ein.

Cons:

Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste in allen Bereichen renoviert werden. Es gibt scheinbar auch keinen Hausmeister, der sich um das Laub auf den Terrassen kümmert oder Personal, das die Saunen und Pools betreut.
Im Zimmer hat auf jeden Fall eine Klimaanlage gefehlt.

Pros:

Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet nach Wunsch. Alles Bio und überwiegend aus der Nachbarschaft. Alles sehr gut. Trotz 20 min vor offiziellen Küchenschluss noch sehr gutes Essen bekommen. Weinauswahl sehr gut einschließlich sehr gute Weinberatung durch die Mitarbeiter. Super Wellnessbereich mit div. Anwendungen. Chapeau.

Personale molto gentile. Solo ed unicamente questo.

Sporchissimo. A cena abbiamo attesa una ora per ricevere il menù. Uno dei due piatti era salatissimo, mangiato meno della metà ma regolarmente messo in conto. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza alle 10,00 di sera in quanto quella assegnata era preparata per una persona e non per due ed era sporchissima. Abbiamo atteso oltre una ora, l second stanza meglio ma anche lei non pulitissima. Non c’è l’aria condizionata!!! Alcuni ospiti dormivano con la porta aperta per fare passare un po’ d’aria!…alla spa, personale senza alcuna voglia di lavorare, una seduta in sauna con il master è durata 5 minuti. Mai successo. Al check out non abbiamo neanche ricevuto le scuse. DA EVITARE.

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Essen. Toller Ausblick im Spa-Bereich. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Gutes Spa-Angebot. Ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten im Spa. Schöne Zimmer.

Cons:

Alpinium-Restaurant im Spa-Bereich sollte eine eine Terrasse haben, es ist erdrückend und zu warm, gerade im Sommer. Es ist keine einheitliche Linie erkennbar, obwohl alle Essenräume sehr liebevoll ausgestattet sind. Das Elisa Wasser ist zu warm und wenig erfrischend im Sommer. Etwas Nüsse und Obst wären im Wellness-Bereich schön.
