Cons:

It seemed like a free for all. There was no one there to greet us or let us know about the property or our room,breakfast, WiFi etc…
There was also major construction going on which killed any peaceful vibe because it was so loud! And literally at the foot of our door.

Pros:

Fabulous courtyard, lush with plunge pool. An oasis and refuge. Fabulous breakfasts. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Brand new, two court, pickleball facility.

Cons:

Might be a bit noisy for some with vibrant street life.

Perfect Getaway
Pros:

We loved Casa Nawalli!! The location is on the north end of town- it’s a quiet hidden oasis. Everything from the beautiful garden, location, and service was a 10/10. Oswaldo was an exceptional host, he helped arrange anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for more, this stay was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The rooms are beautiful, exceptionally clean, and every comfort you’d need.

Pros:

I was looking for a quiet and nice place to stay. I got just that. Initially, I was worried about the sound of the Pickleball courts and from the street. Ultimately I got what I was looking for and had a great time. It’s a solid choice!

Pros:

We are very happy with our stay at casa Niwali. The staff and Oswaldo the manager, were so kind and accommodating. The room itself was very comfortable. It is adjacent to a small coffee shop, which I loved starting my mornings at. The garden was lovely and we really enjoyed hanging out by the pool / common area. Would absolutely stay again and recommend!

Cons:

Because the room is in between a rooftop wellness center and a cafe just below, it can be loud during the day with lots of people coming and going. That said, the price for the room reflected difference as the other rooms are more private. And the manager, Oswaldo, offered us free day passes to the wellness center, which was very generous. I would liked that to be included in the advertisement though. It wasn’t an inconvenience since we’re not really in the room during the day time. No other complains besides that!

Pros:

A little piece of paradise right on the edge of town but still so close to the beach and restaurants. Our room was beautiful, the housekeeping amazing, the included breakfast was delicious and of course the property and pool was a highlight. Loved the little extras like beach chairs and umbrellas. We will be back!

Pros:

Overall a lovely stay I would be back. Pool is lovely and not too warm. The breakfast included is very nice. Security was pretty good overall. Grounds are beautiful and an excellent location on the north side of Sayulita. I believe I had the nicest and quietest room… infinite coastlines… at the back of the garden and on the second story. A few draw backs… no check in or check out process which was confusing and should have a room with a shower and changing area for people checking out but not leaving until later in the day. Will check out Casa Nawalli PV next time.
