Pros:

Convenient, clean, and coffee was better than most chain hotels.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful when my reservation did not pop up. They did everything they could and were extremely gracious and apologetic for the inconvenience.

Cons:

Snack bar near check in: a candy bar was over $4.50. A small candy bar that would cost under a $1.00 at a grocery store! Come on.. why such rip off prices for a little convenience. Corporation profit not enough?

Nice safe neighborhood
Pros:

The included breakfast is always nice. The neighborhood felt safe. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. We would stay again.

Terrible experience due to a double charge and poor management by the hotel administration. Although the reservation for my stay from August 9 to August 15, 2026, at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Boulder Longmont was fully paid in advance (US$752.10) through Booking.com, the hotel made an unauthorized direct charge of US$755.35 to my credit card on August 14.
Hotel management justified the issue by claiming that the reservation entered their system as a regular booking rather than through Booking.com, using my card as the sole form of payment. Customer service was unacceptable: the general manager ignored my initial emails, only responded after Marriott Corporate Customer Care intervened, and subsequently cut off communication again without processing the refund. Faced with a lack of answers and solutions after several days of trying, I was forced to initiate a formal chargeback dispute with my issuing bank. I do not recommend this property due to its severe system integration failures and non-existent problem-resolution service

La ubicación es excelente y el hotel moderno y muy bonito, rodeado de supermercados, tiendas como Kohl's, restaurantes etc...
Nos encantó!!

Cons:

Detalles de mantenimiento como lámparas q no prenden, el papel de colgadura decorativo hacerle mantenimiento y accesorios en el baño sin recargar, pero las solicitamos y listo!!

Maids did not clean bathroom very well. Four maid visits during my stay, never cleaned hair from shower drain. Did not wipe off pony wall between toilet and sink.

Hotel in guter Lage, gutes Frühstück und komfortable Zimmer.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, helle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und neuen Bädern. In Laufweite ein passabler Italiener, was will man mehr.

Cons:

Keine Pappteller und Becher, aber das ist eben USA so.
