Cons:

Overall, our stay was okay, however there was quite a bit of loud banging noise coming from the room (s) above us during the afternoons and at night. It was disruptive and made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We felt this could have been managed better to improve guests comfort during their stay.

Terrible - as I requested a quiet room in any case without knowing there was construction going on.
Pros:

CLean and Handy to the Brisbane Exhibition Centre and Rail connection to the airport

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was significantly impacted by the active construction site next door. There was continuous excavation and jackhammering noise from approximately 7:00 pm until 1:35 am, making it impossible to sleep or properly rest.

I contacted the police, who advised that the matter was outside their jurisdiction and recommended I contact the local council. I then called the Brisbane City Council 24/7 hotline and was informed that the construction project has development approval to operate during those hours, so no action could be taken.

I had deliberately flown in from Sydney the evening before an exhibition to ensure I could get a good night's sleep rather than taking an early morning flight. Unfortunately, I ended up getting even less rest than I would have otherwise.

I had specifically requested a quiet room when making my booking and received confirmation from the apartment complex that this request would be accommodated. However, I was unaware of the major construction project next door. Given the level of noise, it is possible that most, if not all, rooms in the complex are affected to some degree, although some may be impacted more than others.

Based on the scale of the project and the heavy machinery currently operating at ground level, it appears the construction is likely to continue for many months, possibly more than a year. Prospective guests should be aware that noise from the site may have a significant impact on their stay.

Location was only a short walk from Southbank but was not a great location for the Brisbane City

Cons:

The two sets of lifts for the different apartments were confusing and staff were not helpful.
Staff were very difficult to understand when asking for help and often added further confusion.
Long check out process with untrained staff unsure of what to do and what keys needed to be returned.

Apartment was unclean on check in, even a dirty cup left in the sink. Staff did apologise about this however were unable to offer another room.

The location is very good.

Cons:

The room given to us. I booked high level room with balcony for better view of city and river.
We were given room with balcony but no view. View blocked by next building and construction noise from next door building.
