Pros:

Awesome location, quick southbank access.decor modern feel well equipped apartment parking like all hotels now love charging so we usually avoid those but in saying that having onsite high clearance parking is a must for us so thats great .will visit again, we like changing regularly .this 1 won't disappoint ..great city views from our room

Cons:

Late check-in a little delayed clunky ..but great admin when all gets going .downfalls of long travel for us .. and a really odd low couch ..not sure if all rooms are same but it was almost on floor rest of room top quality.

The location of the property is close to everything especially the restaurants around Southbank

Cons:

Our unit is very dirty. Hairs from previous occupants still there (has it even vacuum?) carpet was dirty needs vacuuming.

IVY apartment
Pros:

We were upgraded to a lovely big 2bedroom apartment for our stay. Was wonderfully close to the Entertainment Centre for an event we were attending and lovely and clean overall.

Cons:

Just could do with a deep clean. Stains on carpets, dust on top of standing lampshade.
