Highly don’t recommend stay with them.
Pros:

Location was ok bit average.

Cons:

Didn’t get apartment what we booked for, overpriced,wasn’t clean, bathroom with flies, no bedroom view as it was showed on picture. Single balcony instead of 2 balcony in picture. Some staff difficult to deal with them and misleading information from staff, didn’t provide properly solution for issues we faced from them. Because of their issues we spoiled our holiday initially and has to find alternative accommodation in short notice with 2kids instead of spending holiday time with family. Still after all these ended up in paying over $400 for single night stay after leaving from their apartment for rest of the holiday time

Pros:

The apartment was big and airy, very clean and modern.
Having access to a washing machine in the bathroom was very convenient as well as drying racks.
The bathroom was very clean as well.
The staff is very friendly and provided me with early check-in and late check-out (1 hr) free of charge.

Cons:

There was a small cabinet underneath the sink for storing toiletries etc, but it wasn't mounted/secured properly. This resulted in it tipping over when putting things in it.

Great location but room was not clean
Pros:

The location was excellent and the room itself would have been fantastic if it was clean and had been maintained properly.

Cons:

The room was so dirty and not very clean. It also had a terrible musty smell which we complained about on arrival and the staff didn’t seem to care. We were told a manager would contact us on Monday and no one ever did.

Loud construction work at night on lower floors (Eve), barely noticeable upper (Ivy)
Pros:

The Smart TV worked great and had certain streaming services downloaded already, casting also worked perfectly fine.
The WiFi was fast and reliable 24/7.
The bedroom was very nice. It had a big and comfortable bed, as well as a wardrobe with lots of storage room and coat hangers.
The AC worked very well, both heating and cooling settings.

Cons:

I had previously stayed at Ivy and Eve Apartments by CLLIX only a few days prior to this booking, where I stayed in the "Ivy" building, and had a room on the 27th floor. I was very happy with that stay and everything was perfect.
The second time (which concerns this review) I stayed at the "Eve" building, which is the one without the reception on ground floor.
I had an apartment on the 4th floor and I had trouble sleeping several nights, due to construction work outside my window, past 10 PM (!!!). When I stayed in Ivy (27th floor), I couldn't hear the racket but it was very clear and loud this time. Definitely a huge bummer.
Upon entering there was a noticeable food/cooking-smell in my apartment that couldn't be aired out.
The air felt a bit humid and "trapped", in contrast to the last booking.
Another issue I had was the water pressure in the shower and especially adjusting the water temperature. Even a tiny movement of the shower handle would make the water go from too cold to scalding hot.

Close proximity to train station and South Bank attractions. Rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

There is construction occuring around that creates noise disruption. I was informed of this too late to change my booking due to the cost of other locations.

Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

hervorragende Lage, atemberaubende Aussicht über die Stadt, Personal sehr freundlich, Gepäck konnte am Abreisetag kostenlos an der Rezeption verstaut werden, im Apartment alles zum Kochen vorhanden

Great location
Pros:

Loved the room, views and location. 10 out of 10.

Cons:

An upgrade to shower heads in both bathrooms would be the only thing I suggest. They shower heads really were not great but that was the only thing I could think of.
