- emplacement dans une petite rue très sympa
- propreté au top (+ ménage tous les jours)
- chambre impeccable on s’y sentait très bien
- salle de bain de qualité avec équipements en parfait état

My room was really nice and quiet. But I was on top floor in the only room on that floor, so can't speak for other rooms. Anyway was very nice.

The staff is excellent! Lan was very helpful and accommodating. She switched my room for me when I wanted a change and was very attentive to my needs. I can see that customer service is their utmost priority

Great location, but dont expect your room to to have a terrace, if you booked with a terrace

It stated room came with a terrace, but it didn't have a terrace, I arrived at 23.30hrs bus was delayed, I mentioned to the male receptionist that the room did not have a terrace, his reponse if you don’t want it, you can find somewhere else and i will give you your money back, Not a acceptable reply

Do your self a favour and Dont book this hotel they have “drainage problems”.
Pros:

Dont book at this hotel. Do yourself a favour!!!!! Go some where else!
The owner or manager cancelled the booking due to a “drainage problem in the room”. Looking through reviews this appears to be a common problem at the hotel.
May be get your drains fixed!!!!!
They don’t take into account the amount of time wasted looking through this dreadful app and trying to figure out honesty ftom receipt in the descriptions.

The owner/ manager took me to get “other” hotel which was on a busy road, under renovation. I stayed because after a long bus journey couldn’t be bothered walking around Nha Trang looking for somewhere else
