Mooi hotel perfect gelegen in hartje Trier
Pros:

Onthaal met glaasje bubbels is leuke binnenkomer. De kamer heel mooie en ruime met grote cleane badkamer. We hebben heerlijk geslapen, de kamer is zeer rustig en stil, toch midden in het centrum. Elke dag een nieuwe fles water op de kamer, met ook een bordje fruit.

Cons:

Hoewel het ontbijt heel uitgebreid en verzorgd was, zaten er iets te veel vliegen. Tafels werden maar traag afgeruimd en koffie te traag aangevuld.

The reception staff were kind and most helpful.

Our room - 205 - was spacious, comfortable and the corner table and chairs made it feel homely.
The long balcony with a view of the Cathdral was an added bonus.

L'emplacement au centre de Trêves. La chambre propre et effectivement bien insonorisée, juste un peu petite.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel qui sert une cuisine fraîche et goûteuse... le personnel du restaurant très pro et diligent donnant des conseils avisés, tant sur les plats que sur le choix des vins

Cons:

Le parking proposé à 200 mètres... la chambre située au 2ème sans ascenseur... pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, ni de proposition de café, thé ou infusion...pour le tarif de celle-ci on pouvait s'attendre à mieux...

Pros:

Super lækkert værelse på 3. sal med terrasse.

Cons:

Communication via phone is difficult - most of the time no native speakers (but they really try hard). In this price category the servicelevel should be way higher. Received a "panic call" to pay the rooms - never before had this especially as my credit card was used for booking and the guests not even arrived ("You must pay before 17:00"). Quite disturbing experience.

Beautiful room , very comfortable bed excellent bedding. Very efficient friendly staff. Tasty evening meal in restaurant . Lovely touches and little gifts

Cons:

Not much choice at breakfast . No tea and coffee making facilities in room . Parking was hard work
