Pros:

Rooms were perfect. Restaurant was fabulous. Staff was friendly. Perfect location. Very happy with our stay. Our family was a group of seven, reserved three rooms for two nights. Exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful room , very comfortable bed excellent bedding. Very efficient friendly staff. Tasty evening meal in restaurant . Lovely touches and little gifts

Cons:

Not much choice at breakfast . No tea and coffee making facilities in room . Parking was hard work

One night in Trier.
Pros:

When I booked this room, I thought it might be a bit quirky and not to our liking. I booked it anyway because the location was excellent and I figured that we could put up with quirky for one night. Upon arrival, my wife and I were very pleasantly surprised. The room was not quirky at all, but extremely well, appointed in a very traditional sense. We loved staying at the Romantik and would highly recommend it.

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel or the staff was negative.

Hotel lovely but eat elsewhere
Pros:

Beautiful room. Amazing use of the space and materials to enhance the old building

Cons:

The vault cellar restaurant really lets down the general hotel experience. The service was unbelievably slow( we sat for 25 minutes before anyone came to speak to us despite at least 3 members of serving staff to 5 tables). I note that the poor service is frequently mentioned on reviews so it’s inexcusable for them to not take the feedback on board.

De locatie is top; midden in het centrum.

Cons:

Wij hadden een mooie suite, de ramen mogen niet open vanwege de buren. Er is wel een airco, maar ik vond het persoonlijk in de nacht te warm.

The Hotel Provided An Outstanding, Romantic 3 day stay. They even provided a Chocolate Bunny for Thanksgiving. The Restaurant in The Basement was Excellent As Well
